I AM ALREADY HAVING PROBLEMS, NOW MY ACCOUNTS ARE ALL SCREWED UP AND MY PAYMENTS ARE MOT BEING APPLIED, I HAVE ASKED FOR THE DISTRICT MANAGER TO REACH OUT TO ME, STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN THAT CALL, I NEED MY ACCOUNT CORRECTED AND ACCURATE, AS WELL AS BACK IN HOOD STANDARD

      I had a **** Jeep Grand Cherokee with my business servers and my business equipment inside my jeep towed to the ********* location in ********* ******** with a advertising free month and registered online with their website a vehicle and that was it for a storage building. I was given the number and the at the location the number was not found as all the the buildings had locks and was unable to use. I looked around the last back of the building and seen a open outside empty vehicle storage location and had the driver parked it there as this made sense as there was no open location with the number. I I called a few days later and was informed that they had towed my vehicle without giving me any chance to rectify any problem they might have. They have my email address and a physical address and a cell phone number that I could use to to contact me and wind up losing my vehicle and all of my business equipment in a towing yard and was unable to pay for that storage as by the time I was aware of what happened it was already at 3 to get 4 hundred dollars and couldn't find another place near by that would be reasonable affordable with the fact that I had to pay for ********************** to to it to the other facility and pay storage there as well.

      We have no customers by this name and based on the complaint- this wasn't our company. We are a moving company, in that **************'s household goods from one house to another.   We aren't sure what company this customer did business with, but it does not appear with ours. Please remove.

      We hired prime to move us from Oahu to ********. The initial contact was great. She gave us a quote of 18k for a 3 bedroom house with a full gym and two car garage. That was the end of the good. After that, the company doubled our price once they loaded the truck, the manager was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful when packing our items and they still havent delivered our container. Its been over 2 months and they had promised delivery by May. They dont respond to calls and they have horrible customer service. Im just hoping to get our items mostly in one pieceRonnie also yelled at us on the phone about changing companies for our car. It was shipped to ********** but He didnt complete his job and get it on a truck to ********. We had to do it ourselves. He actually cursed at us on the phone as he was getting screwed by us. We paid him for a service that we ended up doing ourselves. What kind of a company doesnt complete their job??

      Mover was contracted to move items from mainland to ****** in 4-6 weeks. Mover exaggerated speed of move to ensure i would pick them over competitors. Move was promised in 4-6 weeks from start to finish. It has been 8 weeks and I am still getting the run around about when my belongings will be delivered. Every rep tells me different information. They make promises and promises are blown. Last week Wednesday I was promised by a ***** that delivery would absolutely be by Monday. When Monday came and went I called and was told Id get a call Tuesday or Wednesday for delivery Wednesday or Thursday at the absolute latest which I confirmed three times. Today my calls went ignored and an after hours email from ****** states not until next week MAYBE. this is not acceptable. I need answers and a quick delivery and because the agreement was not abided by, i need a discount on what i paid at the very least.

      Hello, we're showing the shipment as delivered.  Our contract notes delivery can take up to 45 business days from the customer's first ready date.     We kindly ask the customer to file a claim if they feel this did not happen and we can investigate.   ***** can assist with this aspect.
