            This complaint is against the company ALBER Service company location ******************************************************************************* i *************************** met with a sales rep and was told it would be a quick fix for air conditioning hvac no licensed no numbers for hvac on his truck our installers truck?I have 6 cameras with audio I called for service on 3/24/22 I was giving a price ******** for I paid in full.The installers came out and fixed the air conditioner and some kind of drip pan hack work since then I have not have any cold ?? air the installers cut wires to my air conditioning unit We called for service asap but was told no service I would like a refund and fix what there installers broke and the office girl was very rude customer ********************** is not department its a attitude and I also want them to replace the hvac that the installers cut wires and broke ..

            My company is ******************************** *** met with a sales rep ******************* and was told it would be a quick fix for hvac air conditioning i my company paid in full .The service guys came out in a no licensed number truck without the correct tools for the job had to use some from my office service guys also had to go to ********** to pick more equipment for the hack job .My office has 7 different cameras with audio of this so that quick fix was a lie .We called for service because apparently the air conditioning was not blowing cold air out we talked to a girl named ***** she said she was the boss of service on the phone she said there would be somebody out between ****pm we our located 3 minutes away from there office we called back later that day 2 more times I guess ***** probably figure out what there service guys did hack work she said we will never service your system dont call us anymore ever.This work was only done 3/24/22 so I called some other companies to come take a look was told everything the did had to be replaced and the company did not get a permit nothing is up to code I have a lot pictures I like refund and the company to pay for the other companies **** to replace what there service guys did because I told all work has to replaced company ALBER SERVICE CO location ********************************************************************************* and a note to the company ALBER Service CoSERVICE is the lifeblood of any organization everything Flows from it And is Nourished by it.CUSTOMER ********************** IS NOT A DEPARTMENT..ITS AN ATTITUDE.

            On 3/24/22 ****************** was told his 40-year old system was beyond repair, was unsafe to operate, and would need to be replaced. He insisted on the installation of a drain pan to catch the water leaking from his old system so we (foolishly) accommodated him. There are no permits needed to install a pan to catch a leak. All of our vehicles are lettered with the three licenses we hold per ** Consumer Affairs guidelines. We refused to return because of ************ verbal abuse of our customer ********************** representatives.
