I paid the owner of this business who has people that work in a shop that does body work I gave them my car on march 7th and didnt recieve it until April 4th. My vehicle was involved in a minor accident that needed body work and since the insurance was not covering it I had to get it fixed so I can commute to school and work. I gave them ***** to fix the body work and they reassured me that the car would be back to normal as it was a simple fix in the process of them performing body work on my vehicle they did not treat mt car with care they did a very poor job and ended up causing more damage to my vehicle electrically before I gave them my car I made sure to ask all of these questions to make sure that they knew what they were doing and they assured me they did which they didnt. When they took apart the body of my car instead of placing the wires and wrapping them back to normal they taped everything together and stuck it under my fender causing all the positive and negative wires to touch which has damaged my car electrically and now I am unable to drive it as normal. When I first got the car back in April I been calling them because the work was so bad that none of my headlights or taillights were working and it was dangerous to drive at night they did not pick up the phone and had completely ignored me and never game me my receipt that I kept asking for I was scammed and they know that so now Im filing a complaint so I can somehow retrieve my money back so I can actually get my car fixed back the way it was before they had theirs hand on it.
