I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of customer service after I politely returned to gain a refund for such poor quality nails. I was taken advantage of for being too nice. As a new customer, a business, especially the owner who was there that night must inform new guests of such policies that werent even hung up on the walls when I arrived. They scammed me of $190 in total, $200** because I left a gracious tip thinking they were done well enough. They even knew I was new for I had an out loud conversation with a consistent customer. Even she told me I was scammed. The nails began to fall off not even a week later, yet hers are still intact, my nail beds ripped off because the lady didnt buff, and rushed through the process. I became a victim of fraud, and poor service. On top of that, my friend with me that night noticed the woman who wasnt doing my nails whispered to the one who was in another language & asked me for $20 more. I counted my money 3 times at the **** I work retail, as as a cashier, and count my money correctly. Again, Im gracious, and kind, but being taken advantage of by a business who claims to have the best service. Not only did I have to deal with the pain at work, I returned from *********, ** and spent money on gas, on my day off, just to claim my money back because I refused to be played like a dumbass. However, the owner disrespected me, and was rude, and unreasonable. And whats more insane, is I offered alternatives, for example French nails for they are the simplest set compared to the ones I did get, and the owner rudely turned me down again. So instead of being nice, since reason and sympathy that company does lacksI wish and pray to **** On top of that, they all gave me the nastiest looks for returning for the money I was scammed from. Utterly ridiculous. I never felt so betrayed for the heart I do have, and the fact that the majority of them were there that night I came in, and they all looked at me. So yes, it *****.
