On Feb 3, 2023 my step-daughter graduated from Robert Fiance Beauty School. She owned some money to them which was paid on March 1, 2023 in order for her to get her Certification. It has been 30 days and not only does she not have the certification no one at Robert Fiance can explain why she hasn't received the certification. They barely answer the phone and the President *************************** seems to be the only one that can approve it. He doesn't call back nor does anyone else. We have been waiting over a month and cannot get answers. My step daughter cannot take the boards until she has the certification. They can't give answers on how long it takes. It's very unprofessional and at this point is holding up the process to get State Certified. Thank you for your time.Business response

The amount of money paid for school. Availability of teachers. Quality of education. I feel as if this is becoming a scheme where there is no teacher to teach, yet you must pass a test without being taught, show up to class everyday with or without a teacher present, and if you go over hours you must pay every hour reguardless if you were in class without an instructor its your fault still? Nothing is updated, furniture is being taken away and new furniture that is insulting to students is being put in. Mostly everything is broken. Classrooms can hold about 15 students but only 3 items can be plugged in at once. Outlets also shoot out blue and white lights when plugging something in. Many outlets are lose causing cords to fall out of walls. Teachers at times are very rude and enjoy starting arguments with students. 3 teachers in one week and nothing gets done! No test, no work. No books are being handed out, online course book got taken away its been months!
