Blake *********************** of ********************** LLC, called my friend for a job interview. He offered less an $1 an hour for pay, made fun of their resume, then hung up on them. He was rude, egotistical, and manipulative.After I had posted the above review on ******* the owner contacted my friend again and left a voicemail saying many derogatory things such as "get cancer and die", "you fat fuck", and "you and your loser friend". This is not how a company should conduct business.Furthermore, the owner responded to my ****** review with the following:Owner (Blake ************************ "Youre friend applied to an internship totaling $9000 including university credits. A lot of internships dont even offer money. Also, they had no experience Please curb your self worth."I then edited my ****** review to respond to ******* (the owner's) comment. I said the following:My response to Blake:"1. It's *your. I hope you spellcheck your words before posting to your client's social media accounts.2. You offered $500 for 20 hours of work per week for 6 months. I don't know what math you were using, but that is 20 hours per week for 26 weeks. 20 times 26 equals 520. You were offering $500 for 520 hours of work. That is less than $1 an hour.3. Even people without experience deserve fair pay. I've never worked at a **********, but I'm sure they'd pay me more than $1 an hour.4. Lastly, you went out of your way to leave a VERY rude voicemail after my initial review. Included in the voicemail were the words, "I hope you get cancer and die." That statement was extremely uncalled for. It highlighted your immaturity and unprofessionalism."On top of all of this, Blake ********************** told my friend, who is deaf and uses hearing aids, that he is "not really deaf" because he can hear things just fine.I feel sorry for anyone who works for/with this man. He is immature, ableist, rude, and arrogant amongst other things.
