      I am financing and received from phillipsburg auto mall. Before buying the car we was told the mechanic fixed everything needed after a few days we started having issues with the car. ******** insisted we take it to back to his mechanic who didnt fix the problem he told us that inserting a pigtail will fix the jerking of the car that he could not fix the heating seats because they were on back order with ******* we should take the car to a radio shop for the Bluetooth, that hes not sure whats wrong with the windshield wipers that only ******* can fix it and that the mirror that was supposed to be replaced on the car ******** from the dealership never gave him the replacement for the mirror .After I left the mechanic for installation of the pigtail i noticed the car was still doing the same jerking I then called and left a message to the mechanic as well as sent him over a text he never replied. I sent emails to ******** we spoke over the phone he told me his mechanic all of a sudden can not fix whats wrong with the car and he told us to take it to our mechanic so he can pay for the repairs needed which we did we told him what needed to be done with the price and he told us he didnt want to pay for it because they could say its one thing and thats not the problem so he then told me to take it to a ******* dealership so whatever needs to be done could be fixed and over with so we wont keep having no problems which we did, when the bill comes back its totaling ********. he decided he only want to pay a totals ****** of the bill not including the 260 for the diagnostic fee and other repairs he js saying its to much and he will take it to someone else a because again hes claiming now that ******* will say its one thing and thats not whats wrong with the car. The car has been sitting in ******* dealership lot since 8/10/22.

      The vehicle was sold As Is ... we been contacted by her lawyer, a copy of the contract state that the vehicle was sold As Is . I did contact ******* dealership and pay for the diagnosis fee so they can release the car back to the customer because she doesn't have the money to pay for it . I was trying to help her out until her boyfriend called and threaten us and damage vehicles at my dealership .

      I am rejecting this response because:for one every dealership has a warranty to where if there is something wrong with the car within the first week or so of buying it we are entitled to say something which infact we did. On top of that why would I be responsible to pay the diagnostic fee if he was supposed to pay for the repairs of the car.To make a accusation that damage was done to vehicle and threats was mad is completely unacceptable.
