Return Policy
Ifyou are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return yourmerchandise. Please contact us for an RMA number prior to initiatingany exchanges or returns. All requests for returns must be made andreceived within 30 days of the original shipping date. The box mustinclude the RMA number. Be sure to include your order number in the communication.
Ifwe shipped defective or incorrect merchandise we will reimburse you forthe return shipping charges and will exchange for proper merchandise.If we shipped the correct merchandise but you are dissatisfied we willrefund the full value of all merchandise returned in sellable conditionwith all packaging materials. A restocking fee may apply if we need toinspect returned merchandise.
Important: We cannot accept returnswhich are improperly packaged and reach us in damaged condition or donot have a RMA number included on the box. We strongly recommend thatyou return merchandise in the same packaging that you received it in. Wesuggest insuring your return shipment.
