The service was horrible. My wife and I suffered a home fire that had us displaced for 2 1/2 years. This company was tasked with rebuilding our home. During that 2 1/2 years, our home was routinely left unsecured, it was hard to get in contact with the head contractor (*******************************) unless he needed money from us, we had to fight just to get certain things purchased and installed (as if we werent the client), we asked that nothing be installed without our approval and he disregarded that directive, and were subject to insults from him (my wife and I were called charity cases at one point), and after we moved back into the house we began noticing that certain things werent done or installed properly and still require fixing. My wife and I did so much legwork, more than we shouldve and we were still treated poorly by this company. The lack of professionalism was unbelievable and as a couple who was already experiencing trauma due to the fire, to have a company come in and add to that pain when they were supposed to be rebuilding your home and by extension helping us rebuild our lives was completely unacceptable. They cracked a marble bathroom countertop and installed it anyway and tried to hide it from us. Thank God my wife spotted the damage and had them replace it. They put up wall paper in our bathroom that doesnt match completely. They had CHILDREN painting my home. They frequently went to the bathroom in my house when we didnt have a working toilet so when we would come to the house to inspect the work our home smelled of urine and f**** Workers they hired to do clean up actually stole from us and we had to file a police report for it all. They often left lights and heat and AC running even after they were done for the day resulting in high gas and electricity bills for us after we specifically told them to turn everything off before they went home for the day. Overall, it was a horrible experience due to a severe lack of empathy and professionalism.
