Well, second complaint, same company. After I called them out for their illegal practice, the didn’t honor the 100% money back guarantee. In fact my credit score got lower when they suddenly made a change the same day I asked for a refunds NOW THEY ARE COMPLETELY IGNORING ME. No answer to phone, text or email. I will be forced to take legal action.Initial Complaint

To whom it does kinda concern...I am very disappointed with this serviced, i have not received, it is a sham and scam to get money, everytime i called for an update i get the run around to open my free credit score now fo they can see my report, i am not paying ***** a month for no update which i never received when i was paying for it.my score has not changed, i open three credit cards for a dismal 300 limit which is terrible and the fees are terrible.I paid the fee you guys wanted and received without issue and now you want me to pay an extra ***** a month for the duration of this so called fixed.i need someone to reply to me and tell me what is up, i will not restart that ***** a month fee that i am paying and you guys advertise a garunteed increase in score, when nothing has happened to my score in 8 to 9 months.signed very dissatisfied or disgruntled.************ ************* I see ****** does not work there anymore....Initial Complaint

Company has charged over $2,000 for services that was promised and has not been rendered. I was told the company was going to remove bankruptcy and various other items from credit report however it wasnt done and it have been over a year now. The company time line that was stated was 120 days. I feel defraud.Initial Complaint

Ive signed up for services around April 2021. Seen fast results in the first round, spoke to my wife and had her to sign up. Since the initial sign up. I have called, called, and called nobody have the time to talk. They promise to call back, without following up. I havent been able to see a single result since. I personally feel as if they have just stop sending out disputes all together. The basic information isnt charted correctly and my wife havent seen one single result since her initial sign up. My 90 business day money back guarantee was suppose to be up this month sadly I would just rather results. Over 4K spent and I received less results then I would have with Lexington at a 100 plan a month.Customer response

He was very informed and had displayed a great deal of diligence
