  Beware, Document everything, and really look elsewhere before using this company. We were sold on great service competitive pricing and exceptional care for our belongings. Instead we got a driver at the time to pack telling us the price would be higher by $2,500.00. We had no choice but to agree to the extra charge since we had to be out of the rental. Then we provided all packing material and boxes that we saved from our previous move. While packing things were getting broken and not wrapped correctly. The driver would not document any damages or items that he broke. We were left with a huge pile of paper after all of the packing was completed that was not used and 4 broken glasses, three plates and 2 baking dishes. I called to complain and was told wait till the move is completed and then you can file a claim. Two days later our home goods arrived. I requested that three of our neighbors help unpack the boxes to help find additional broken items. We found damage to our newly purchased dinning room chairs and tables, Damage to our bed and the bedroom hardwood floors were damaged while assembly of the master bedroom bed. We found damage to our outdoor grill, and damage to our outdoor heaters. Once all of the boxes were opened we found broken kitchen items and damaged appliances. I reached out to Arena only to be directed to a site where I could submit a claim. Upon doing so I was required to provide photos. So recently they stated to us that we did not provide photos from the date of damage when the photos all have properties which cannot be manipulated. This company is horrible and should not be allowed to conduct business.

  I advise not messing with this company because they took my money overcharged for their prices. Made me leave stuff at my house. That I didn't get to bring with me. Charge me over price for stuff that I already paid for told me a certain date that I suppose to get my stuff. I'm still sitting in my house. 2 weeks later and got my stuff. Yet the staff is very unprofessional. They very much lied about everything on the contract. They told me one thing and did another.They just basically took my money.I'm very upset right now because I don't know what to do.Because I'm sitting in a abandoned house.Waiting on my stuff that hasn't made it to this destination yet I wouldn't recommend this company to no one.They are terrible.I will give them a -0.If I could, I'm trying to get ahold of my attorney now, so we can resolve these issues that I am having with this company.I am not letting this go not at all

  This was the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. One mover spoke English. I was moving from ** to ** *****. I had a small 2 bedroom apartment with minimal furniture. It took over 10 hrs to pack my apartment on the truck. They have hidden fees that they don't ask up front. If there are stairs of any kind it's an extra fee, cash on site. I did not know my first floor apartment in ** ***** had a set of steps. I was told my things would take 2-3 days and it took 5. Their payment process is archaic. I was never told I could not keep my clothes in my dressers. I have moved many times and never had to pack them. They charged me almost $300 for more boxes and dumped my drawers into the boxes. They dismantled antique furniture that had never been dismantled since it was made over 100 yrs ago even after I pleaded with them not to. Once in ** ***** I took off all the tape and moving blankets from 85% of my items and saved myself probably 2 hrs having the two movers do it. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!

  Awful movers they chipped my wall mirror, broke my crystal lamp the socket that the bulb screws in and misplaced one of my boxes. I don't know why they ask for a delivery date because they come when they get ready I requested a Monday they did not deliver my furniture until 3 weeks later on a Friday the excuse they gave me was that they didn't have a driver to drive long distance like that was my fault but they had no problem finding a driver to pick up my furniture they came on the scheduled day along with hidden fees i had to pay an extra 500.00 on top of the quote that i received from ***** *** ***** the extra money was for packaging and of course the movers labor fees. When they delivered my furniture 3 weeks later the guy had the nerve to tell me that I had to pay an additional 267.00 on top of the 1687.56 I was already paying to get my furniture because they only deliver 75 cubic feet and mines stopped at the elevator that they needed the extra 267.00 to bring everything upstairs on the elevator to my apartment I was so mad all I wanted was my furniture after sleeping on a hard floor for 3 weeks I was so happy when they left, they left the elevator dirty along with the trash room they had boxes all over the place I thought that they were putting the empty boxes into their empty truck my manager of the building told me and when i asked the movers he said that it cost extra money to remove the empty boxes i told him that i had paid too much money already and he wasn't getting anymore from me this whole move was quoted $3260 from ****** *** ***** i wind up paying Arena Van Lines around $4,000 to move me if i would have known that ****** wasn't the moving company i would have not done business with them in the first place i wish that i had read the bad reviews first Arena Van is a scamming company just out to make money beware do not use Swifty or Arena Van Lines ever.

  First of all, they weren't the company I hired, they were hired by them since I was moving far. I had my moving date for September 25, they moved it 2 days, which cause me to have to leave my work 2 days before, however Julie was very nice, and since I didn't have a home yet they offered me 1 month of storage for "free" When the movers came, the extra charges (which I was told I "wouldn't get") started. $150 for mattress cover, which at the end i couldn't keep. 5 time I ask if what was in the estimate was the total I was gonna pay, 5 times they said YES. I was told i should give them a ONE week notice for them to arrange the coming of the truck, I did BUT they took 2 1/2 weeks to arrange it. I called every day and they just said "we don't have people", and one time I was told by Sara "we can't find people that want to go that far". They finally came and gave me a 4 hour window for the estimated time of arrival. When they finally did, they said I'd have to pay 3 time what the estimate said if I wanted my stuff unloaded, plus an extra $150 for making them wait an hour to gather the money. When unloading they took no care of boxes that said "FRAGILE" which scratch, broke and damaged some of my furniture. They lost more than 3 boxes, nightstand, lamps and wall paintings. When I called to tell them, they said to make an online complaint which can take up to NINE months to get a resolution. That is if they can find one, since I didn't insurance, but was told, since day one, I had. Now when ever I call them, they see my number and don't pick up the phone, they just send me straight to voicemail.

  DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! WORST EXPERIENCE AND MOVE OF OUR LIVES!!! They will scam you at every single chance they get!! They will even leave a 1/4 of the truck empty and say they can’t take the rest of your stuff unless you pay them an extra $250 cash per person. We were afraid they would never give us our stuff. They also refused to take our cashiers checks and money orders b/c they weren’t the ONE specific type of money order they wanted and wouldn’t unload our stuff until full payment was made and took off with our stuff while they stayed in a a motel until the next day. We could not wait to get rid of these 2 guys and never have to see or speak to them again! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

  I would not recommend this company if my life depended on it, and do not allow real-time Relocators assist you with your move. They stuck me with Arena after telling me they were the ones handling my move. I am moving from ** to **, I have been promised 3 different delivery windows only to be told oops we do not have a driver. I am a disabled senior, who for 19 days has been sleeping on the floor and eating fast food as a diabetic. We are a Veteran family and this does not matter.. People die and everyone moves.. this is what I have been told over and over again. And if you want an update on your things you have to call, they do not call you will not call you. Simply a number with these people .. Unreliable and rude .. Stay as far away as you can from them

  The packers did an awesome job packing, that's why they received a 1. They had a 2-day window to pick up and pack. They came on a Saturday at 1pm and did inventory. Then they started packing. They took an hour lunch, then texted me to say the other truck wasn't coming. What they did not tell me is they rent from ***** and ***** was closed when they went to go get the truck. They did not finish loading until about midnight. They were supposed to deliver the next day and they did not deliver on Sunday. They are supposed to deliver today which is Monday. I paid for same day or next day delivery and that did not happen. I asked for compensation and they only gave 50.00 off the bill. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

  Once they get part of your payment the business is trash. No one picks up and when they do after calling them 15 times a day the 7-10 day window turns into 10-15 days. When you ask them to get the date in writing it moves back a day. I used Nationwide moving solutions to hire them for a military move and I will never hire them again.

  Do not use. One mover could not speak English at all and the other could barely speak English, they tacked on roughly 3k to my move because furniture was not “stackable”. They broke down all my furniture, stacked it to the top of the truck, and did not credit me back like the driver said they could. They needed guidance on how to move a couch, they misassembled a table, damaged my couch, broke a shelf, misassembled a desk which led it to collapse. I spoke to customer service about paying everything upfront with a card, which they agreed to. But at pickup the driver would not allow me to pay everything upfront, so then upon delivery I had to pay him $2600 cash. I have professionally moved three times and this was absolutely unbelievable, to the point where I thought it was a scam.
