I PURCHASED Tribeca Full Depth (22")31X22 WIDE SPREAD T3122W8. tHE SINK STARTED SHOWING HAIRLINE FRACTRURES THEN CRACKED. I contacted GPS(*****) as well as Empire. They stated was my fault and I can purchase a new sink if needed. This sink is defective and should never have happened. All I would like is a replacement if not a full refund.Business response

We are in receipt of the customer's request - we will work with the manufacturer to provide a replacement sink in an expedient fashion, free of cost.

Purchased a product that started to deteriorate after about 6 months. Initial response was that they would replace these units but have now said that I will need to buy new units at a discount price even though the originals are defectiveBusiness response

I am writing you this letter to put full liability on each party involved in this situation and document everything that happened of bad product and customer service that might put my life in danger. My husband bought a Rheem hot water heater unit from General plumbing Supply in October of 2020,in January 2021 the unit stopped working after lots of calls and aggrevation finally Rheem agreed to send the part and someone to fix it.I am having the same problem now,called Rheem customer service they told me the unit need to be replaced then they gave me precision tech home service they told me I have to call the place was purchased from, I called general plumbing supply they want to give me the same unit and pay full price for it. Meanwhile I am pregnant, my husband is overseas, I am in so much stressed which can affect my pregnancy plus Rheem customer service told me it might be a the gas issue with the unit which I am now afraid to even sleep because its a life or death situation nowBusiness response

Hello,
We are communicating directly with Mrs. Dereskeviciute regarding the warranty replacement of her 50 gallon Rheem water heater. She started the request with us on 8/18 and the claim was put in with Rheem that same day (8/18). We have a new water heater in her possession which she purchased and when we receive the credit from Rheem, we will immediately credit her back. We are under the impression that this is acceptable and will push this warranty claim along with Rheem (manufacturer). Thank you.
