I am so sorry ***** that you feel this way in regards to our dealership. Here at Exem United we really do strive to meet customers' expectations and needs. With that said, my name is **** and I am the manager at Exem United. I was the one that came to your house to discuss this matter because you were unable come to the dealership. I spoke to my salesman **** in regards to the $2,000 down. We needed $2,000 to get this deal done. Unfortunately, you only had $1,500 down so we did a 30-day deferred payment of $500 that you would still owe us when you picked up your plates. That additional $500 was not for your plates but was for your remaining down payment which was all shown on your paperwork which you signed.  I came to your house to show you all the paperwork and you told me you didn't sign any of it. I informed you that we DO NOT forge signatures and you still continued to tell me that you didn't sign anything. In addition, which I believe to be your main issue that you were unhappy was because you felt the price of the vehicle was $40,800.08. I again showed you the paperwork and showed you that the amount you were financing was $21,916.02. That finance amount included the price of the vehicle, the warranty, GAP insurance, taxes, dmv fees and dealer documentation fee. The $40,800.08 was the total cost of your purchase including your down payment and the interest. I also discussed with you that unfortunately because of your credit history, your interest rate was 22.99%...We did satisfy this issue with you by waiving the $500 deferred payment which you were very appreciative of. You also sent your son and daughter here who both bought a vehicle from us after your purchase. We really do appreciate that and really hope your prior experience doesn't deter you from buying a vehicle from us again in the future. If you'd like you can just deal with me. Enjoy the rest of your summer.
