I was referred to Liberty by a friend. When I reached out to them I spoke with the owner. He had me fill out a credit application. Within me filling out an application, he explained that I had delinquencies with another loan I had(which I knew) I explained the reason why. He said he would reach out to the lender and see if my loan can just be tacked on to my new car(if approved). 3 hours went by. No response. I texted Liberty and followed up and they claimed that the heard nothing back. Waited another 3 hours no follow up. Next morning, today I reached out again. I received a text saying "Unfortunately I can't get you approved you need a stronger cosigner and ***be that will help". I truly believe that he knew he couldn't help me from the beginning and I just wanted the honest truth. I was able to go to an actual car dealership and drive out with a car. They worked hard to approve me and my car that I purchased is sitting outside with what I had to put down. The lack of professionalism for people that *** not be approved is jarring.

Hello ******, Im sorry we were unable to get you approved for another auto loan and I am sorry we did not have the answers you were looking for in the time that you liked. Yes we knew that your case was going to be a difficult one to overcome, and maybe you would have been happier if we didn't try to help you at all and just turned you away. But we did not, we continued to work to try and accomplish something for you. Therefore I do not understand why you would continue to try and diminish our business and reputation. We take customer satisfaction very seriously at ********************************************* regardless if you were referred to us or not. Yes we actually went above and beyond our normal call to action and reached out to our business representative to see if there were any ways to work around your problems. We worked hard at attempting to get you approved and unfortunately we cannot control the speed in which an underwriter at a lending institute processes applications or gets back to us. Again all of your complaints are completely unjustified. I wish we could just snap our finger's and have all the answers you are looking for immediately, but that is not how things work in the banking world. We are sorry that you feel that is our fault or we did a bad job and we are happy you were able to get a car elsewhere.
