On Dec 30, 2021, I went to Chez Alice with my partner ***** after dinner for a cup of tea. We were there talking casually just like any other customers did. All of sudden, a middle aged white woman stormed into me & yelled to me to stop talking. We were all shocked! She claimed she is the owner of the *********** didnt like the tone I talked to *****. We left a few minutes later, really upset! That place charged me $6 for 2 cups of tea, without even any service nor a working toilet. There were a bunch of other customers sitting talking, and I was the only Asian customer there at that place. It was truly disturbing & upsetting to me to get such a horrible treatment before New Years Eve! I posted one star review on ************** however, all got deleted right away! I cant believe such a racist owner can run her business in *********, **! I still feel very upset after 5 days, headache, cant focus & cant sleep. If that woman dares to treat me in public with her reckless racist attitude, she will treat other Asian customers the same way. I do hope you could help me to stop her wrongful behavior. I want her to issue a written apology immediately. Meanwhile, I will continue to seek for a professional therapists help to get me out of this negative feeling 100% caused by that racist business owner at Chez Alice in ********* **. I retain my legal right to file a complaint against Chez Alice. Thanks.
