I ordered 2 loaves zero net carb bread from Thin Slim Foods, owner is *****************************, with money back if I didn't like it. The bread stinks so badly and rhe taste is equally as bad. I called the number given, ************* several times with never an answer. They don't give an address but an email address. You leave your information and they are supposed to get back to you. I received my order from Thin Slim foods, all was well until I opened the second to the last loaf of bread, it was moldy. The expiration date was 10/22. After three attempts to ask for either a refund on the bread or send me another loaf I have heard nothing from them. Right now I just want my money back.Initial Complaint

I purchase food/perishable items from ThinSlimFoods but it never arrived. Package has been sitting at the post office for over 1 week. I am seeking a full refund. Company representative, ********, has not been helpful in this matter and keeps requesting more time, but this is food that we are dealing with. Customer received a full refund on 9/9/2021. Package arrived from carrier on 9/14/2021. Majority of products are non-perishable.
