Title: Unacceptable Experience at Sonesta ES Suites - Urgent Attention Required!I recently stayed at Sonesta ES Suites over the Memorial Day weekend, from September 2nd to September 6th, 2023, and I must express my profound dissatisfaction. As a loyal Sonesta member for over six years, this experience was utterly unacceptable.I requested towels, a basic amenity, for two nights, and none were provided. Moreover, the hotel had no detergent available on-site, forcing me to make a 10 to 15-minute trip to purchase some.The room conditions were deplorable. A broken kitchen drawer and a bathroom door added to the frustration. The bathroom displayed poor decor and possible mold-like substance in the tub.To compound the issue, the room telephone didnt work, making communication impossible. The concierge showed a nonchalant attitude towards my concerns.Attempts to speak with a manager were met with indifference, and I was told to return on another day, even though it was 10 in the morning. This unprofessionalism is intolerable.I contacted Sonesta ES Suites customer service during my stay, but no one has addressed my complaints or offered a refund, as requested.As a loyal member, I expected better. This experience was far from what I deserve as a silver member.
