My car was stolen on 6/26/24 filed a claim on 6/27/24 it took 3 weeks to receive paperwork for me to fill out agent kept telling me oh I sent the paperwork 3 times well I received 2 packets filled out sent back overnight oh we need ****** signed it sent back overnight 8/23/24 that as well and they received it 8/26/24 calling agent constantly spinning me called 8/30/24 left message I need my check to get another vehicle do I need to file a report against your company now hes talking supervisor has to approve it he said that yesterday now shes not in the office until Tuesday 9/3/24 this is utterly ridiculous this is the worst company Ive ever seen WHERE THEY DO THIS AT???????

************* Trying to raise my 6 month policy up ****** to *******. Did a quote online and it's saying it's only ****** for 6 months. ******* signed a law that our rates would go down. I'm paying more than I have ever paid for insurance. ******* lied and there needs to be a class action lawsuit filed against these companies.

At first I was happy with this company. Now it seems like this company is a scam and they are robbing me every month. My due date is set for autopay and twice it has tried to pull my money days before the due date. I make sure that the money is there on the due date. The first time the guy told me they tried to pull it 4 days before it was due. This time they pulled it a day before it was due. So then they charged me a ***** late fee and a ***** fee to pay online. No where in the policy or online does it say that they are going to pull the money the day or days before. I even talked to a lady and she told me the exact dates my card would be charged. My July payment has been in my account since the 25th and now they want me to pay a late fee because they tried to run my card a day before so it wouldn't be late. If a bill is not paid by 11:59pm on the due date than its late with any bill. This company is a SCAM and they ROB you. I would encourage anyone not to do business with them at all.They didn't even try my card on the 25th at all they just said because it was not paid on the 24th it's late. At this point I'm going back to progressive at least they were honest and have things in writing.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD WHEN THEY WANT TOO. AND THEN CHARGE YOU ALL TYPES OF FEES.

Do you a star for minus. Because I'm having the worst communication trying to get a hold of my Appraisal agent. This is important to and no one can help but this person (not mention no names).but I would have known how bad the service was I never would have went there. My car have gotten hit by a Amazon driver and I still had to pay a $500 deductible why?

They are giving me the round around concerning a refund check that they sent to the wrong address. Its been almost a year and I still havent received the refund or been contacted by anyone concerning the completion of THEIR investigation. I had to involve my lawyer.

They are the worst my lady our first time ever having a car in our name and getting insurance we go to the car lot the Car Lot representative recommends cure for Auto. We quote both of the Insurance prices and each of our names come to find out it will be cheaper in her name so we put it in her name, she doesnt have license permit in her name. The lawyer ********************** license requires you to have license we didnt know that our car is stolen at a gas station. I was driving. I reported the car stolen to the police station and my lady reported the car to the insurance company , I let them know that I was at the gas getting gas and jumped in it. She said she put she hit a pole and pulled over and look to see what was going on and someone jumped. However, we didnt know that because I was driving I should have made the report we was listening to other people so we made a mistake. They said the facial information wasnt adding up. We spoke to a lady by the name of ******* and some other lady which is under her, these people was very harsh. We even agreed to pay a penalty. These people did not wanna pay for the claim, which I dont understand when it was a honest mistake. We didnt know better, all these people and sell it at savage dont deal with them. They are the worst. Thumbs down to this company this company.

The worst!!!!!!car was stolen almost 4 months ago and have been chasing my claim representative (who btw is the only one who can speak to you about your claim). My car payments are now two months past due because they still havent paid off the loan. Thanks cure for being the worst car insurance

Cure representatives are never on the same accord. Im always given different information and theyre very unprofessional! I contacted Cure 2 months ago to let them know my daughter is no longer living in my household and could she be taken off my policy. It wasnt until recently my new bill came and she was still on the policy which is double what I paid before adding her. After being asked did I have a change off address which she didnt get. I ask why didnt the rep ********** tell me this and I couldve had it before my billing cycle? Then I was told to find another insurance company. First the rep told me my case had to be reviewed then after me going back and forth about being misinformed I was told to find another company. I hadnt paid in 2 months because I was misinformed about the price for payment as well. Thats why the changes shouldve been made by the time my billing cycle was due. Now ** left to find a company in less than a week or I wont have auto insurance.

Cure Auto Insurance is the WORST. My car was in an accident that was not my fault. I gave them the police report that showed it was not my fault. They are trying their best to get out of paying for my car. Now they want to investigate my claim. I may need to ****

MY CAR WAS STOLEN 7 MONTHS AGO AND THOUGH CURE INSURANCE AGREED THAT MY CLAIM WAS LEGIT, 4 MONTHS LATER CURE PAUSED PAYING MY CAR OFF BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT THAT I DROVE FOR BOTH DOOR **** AND UBER EATS WHILE HAVING CURE AUTO INSURANCE. AFTER SENDING MY BANK RECORDS AND PROOF FROM DOOR **** THAT I WAS NOT CAR SHARING CURE AUTO INSURANCE HAS STILL NOT HELD UP ON THEIR END AND PAID MY CREDIT UNION OFF. I HAVE ACTUALLY PAID A CAR NOTE FOR 7 MONTHS FOR A CAR THAT I NO LONGER HAVE. I SWITCHED TO CURE AUTO INSURANCE BECAUSE THE ***** OF MY INSURANCE CONTINUED TO INCREASE WITH PROGRESSIVE AUTO INSURANCE BECAUSE OF WHERE I LIVED AND THE **** OF VEHICLE I HAD. I THOUGHT IT WAS A SMART MOVE CONSIDERING CURE AUTO INSURANCE OFFERED THE SAME EXACT INSURANCE PLAN AS PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE FOR NEARLY HALF THE COST. IT TURNED OUT TO BE THE DUMBEST MOVE I COULD EVER MAKE. SURE I SAVED HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS PER MONTH FOR INSURANCE BUT IN THE END I WAS SCREWED. **** HAS NEVER CALLED ME BACK AS PROMISED WHEN I FINALLY DO GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER WHEN I CALLED. I'VE LOST TRACK OF HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE BEEN PLACED ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR, ONCE EVEN AN HOUR AND A HALF. CURE AUTO INSURANCE IS A COMPLETE SCAM. THOUGH PROGRESSIVE CHARGED ME DOUBLE WHAT CURE CHARGED, MY ADVICE IS TO LOOK ELSEWHERE WHEN IT COMES TO INSURING YOUR VEHICLE WITH EITHER COMPANY. PROGRESSIVE IS TOO MUCH AND CURE IS A SCAM.
