      About 3 years ago, we purchased a wall oven, combined microwave through Frigidaire. We have been having a problem with the oven part. When we are cooking and open the oven door, the timer keeps going off continuously. We call Frigidaire and they contacted A & D to come fix it. We pick mornings because my wife is ill, we are in our 70s so doctor ************ are made for the afternoon especially in the winter. The guy came out, said he needed to order a part. We made another appointment, they were supposed to be here in the AM, never showed up till 5. Never notified us, we cancelled an appointment, he came, put the part in and left. It started happening again. I called, made another appointment for the 12th, this past Monday, they never showed, I called, they said, it was fixed, I explained the situation again, made another appointment for the 15th AM, when they didnt show, I called. The girl at A & D, was going to have the assistant manager, ********************* us back. ****** called, said the guy called yesterday, which was the 14th and we were out at an appointment, I told the guy that the appointment was the following day and I was not home. All in February, yesterday the 15th, no show so when I spoke to the company, ****** insisted it was fixed and the appointment was the 14th, I explained that it was today the 15th. He called me an idiot that I didnt know what I was talking about, I repeated the problem and the scheduled appointment, also, he kept insisting it was a range, not an oven and wouldnt listen. He called us back and gave us a different address and number, I explained, that was not me, he wouldnt listen again. I think I know my address and number. What happened to the customer being right, he then called me an a****** and to find another company. I called Frigidaire and they are sending another company which we did schedule. We are not asking for the money back but to either fix it or tell Frigidaire, it needs to be replaced.

      After numerous visits from an A&D Appliance Repair tech it was determined that my stove could not be fixed. In order for my warranty company to order a new stove they need a claim number from A&D. I've called A&D several times and was told I'd get a phone call back with a case number - no one ever calls. I'm now stuck unable to get a new stove ordered as I'm unable to get this needed case number!

      he has been given his case file number numerous times his issue is with ******* the holder of warratny per them this unit is out of warranty and have no obligation to him his case file # is ******** he keeps calling us when he should be calling mfg at **********. we dont make guarrentee or warranty his product this is his problem to deal with we have no say over the next part of his complaint

      Problem was with refrigerator in home. Primary problem was the ice maker did not work. A&D Appliance Service was contacted and made approx eight service calls to repair. They replaced several electronic boards and the icemaker. The icemaker still did not work. I paid them $333.84 on April 29 and $197 on May 18.In early June ****** from A&D called and told me he was finished with trying to make this repair and I needed to get another repaid company. He said he would refund what I thought was fair. I asked for the $195 and said that I would get back to him after the repairs were completed. He refunded the $195. After the repairs were completed at an additional cost of $451 to me. I asked him for the $333.84 I had paid him. He denied this and this is my complaint. I want the $333.84 I paid him to fix my refrigerator which he did not fix

      mr ********************************* i believe sent the complaint we tried to repair the unit multiple times installed parts that we thought would fix it he also contact mfg and they told him we need to replace a kit. did not work i recommend him to go straight to mfg. we agreed to give him money back from labor not on the part that was installed. He stated he had mfg. come out and that they fixed it He requested me to give more money back i stated i would not as i can return his special order part which he was advised when purchased its special order. he also disputed his charge for the part with amex and recovered his money. So i have over 3 hrs in labor over 700 in parts and have to answer this complaint. Seems like always doesnt pay to try to help and do the right thing. So hes statement of i owe him from my stand point he owes me alot more then what i thought was fair and what he agreed apon but he contiinued to ask for more

      $333.84 o April 29, 20220

      $197.95.00 on May 18 2022

      I agree with A and D's offer to refund all labor charges.

      The $115 was all labor and was not refunded. The $333.84 was $105 labor and was not refunded.

      The $197.95 was refunded in the amount of $195.

      A and D still owes me $115 +$105 +$2.95 or $222.95  per their agreement.

      I am responding to this complaint the customer who complaint got a refund from me thst we agreed apon then another company charged him in his words alot of money to fix he wanted me to refund more I told customer we will not. As every customer I am running to social media and **********************. I told him by al means however he was fully aware of parts ordered and that they were recommended by his mfg. As they were special order and they are in his unit I can not refund. He has since thst conversation made a compliant to your organization and stopped payment from his credit card. Your client has broken agreement along contract and falsified a request with his credit card company for his refund. Your organization is to help make better buisness practices however this is only goes against the buisness your represent one party. A do not consent as buiness owner to your organization do not want you representing my company answer on my behalf or anything customers have complaints it's my company I deal with them if they don't like what I give them as a response they can take me to court or not get there way. Welcome to the real world cusotmer is not always right
