A and D is the worst appliance repair company Ive ever dealt with. We had a service guy come out to look at our fridge, didnt seem like he knew what he was doing but he ordered parts and said he would schedule a date and time to replace the parts. The company called and said they got parts so they set up a day and time for 8am to 12pm. We got a family member to come to the house since we both work and at 12:30 we called to see where the service guy was the office picked up and said he was at the parts store (laughable) since he didnt order the right part. We asked if he would be showing up that day to repair the fridge. They said they would call when they found out, they never called back, he never showed up, and they never answered our repeated calls and messages. It seems they are screening their phone calls so they dont have to deal with this issue as we still have a brand new fridge that we cant trust to keep our food from spoiling. I wish there was more we could do besides leave a bad review as this company shouldnt be in business anymore.A&D Appliance Service Corporation Response

If I could rate them 0 I would. Technician showed up before parts arrived at 8am Friday when they were fully aware the parts have not been delivered. Parts would be delivered later the same day. Technician said someone would come back later. Nobody showed and you can never get a live person on the phone that knows anything about anything. Never received a call back and my appointment was rescheduled for 10 days later without checking if I am even available. How stupid is that.A&D Appliance Service Corporation Response

hello i would respond as i can not find this individual looks like we serviced this individual and repair her product her complaint is not same day turn around time. if a job needs parts to complaint we would need to wait to rcieve we schedule and email is sent out when confirmed on the phone and a email and call the night before. dont undserstand this is BBB or yelpReview from liz w

we had these guys come out two times to repair our dishwasher. It was leaking from the right side door. The came out, said we needed a part and left to order it. Part came in, we set a date, I took off from work and when they called me, when they were 30 mins away and I did not answer, they simply moved on to the next appt, WITHOUT even letting me know. Just one call, 30 mins before the start of my appt window.....then left me hanging. I was home, I took off for them, but they don't care. Then, we set another appt. They come out, install the part, leave (after we tipped BOTH of them) and when we ran the dishwasher, it STILL leaked, from the SAME place. I called the repair guy himself, who spoke barely any English and he said I needed a new dishwasher. HUH? So i called the dispatcher, who said I had to open a case with Electrolux directly to get a new unit. I hung up, called Electrolux and A&D had already called and told them that i refused service. I told them that I did in fact have service that day (crappy service, but service none the less) Electrolux and I finally got it straightened out.....but these guy stink so use someone else. We try our best with multiple automated reminders and calls ahead. Regarding the broken dishwasher we try our best to fix everything the first time. If it is not fixed we can not just give you a new unit mfg has to deem unit unpreparable. ******* is who holds your warranty they determine replacement. A&D was chosen by the warranty company to service my refrigerator. Monday 6/6/22 When called the contact person states the information was not received. But when asked to double checked says oh yea they faxed it over this morning. Then the earliest appointment is Friday between 12 &5pm (such a large window). Explains company policy is for tech to call 30 minutes prior to arrival. I specifically asked her to make sure in bold red letter for tech to call 30 minutes before as I have children & cannot leave them alone. She assured they will call and all should be well. Today the tech calls at 1:40 pm stating he's 5 to 10 minutes away. I explained to him the same thing I did to the receptionist who scheduled the ******************* take me 10 mins to get there. He becomes rude, tried to over talk me, then states he'll call his office because I'm not there. As he hung up I called the office myself. Now receptionist says: oh the tech was suppose to wait until you arrived but he left. Mind you im already about out almost there. Im beyond annoying. She says she'll call the supervisor. When called back they rescheduled the appointment for tomorrow but between 8 &12. Asked could I be the 1st customer that morning give the poor ************************************** from today. "OH ma'am im sorry I cannot guarantee that as the technician has other appointments". I was floored that was her response guveb the problem was caused by their technician. Espically when your not willing to require todays tech to return & compete the repair as he should have done in the 1st place.. so now my Saturday has to be inconvenience as well. This is jus unacceptable! Your tech don't follow your company **************** no respect for the customers time or courtesy to prioritize on the following repair. This is jus ridiculous. Don't waste your time people. I'm sorry you had that experience. I would urge you to purchase what ever warranty you would like to have as this is your right and we are not a warranty company. Also I am sorry that the tech didn't send you a 30 min text like requested. Please be aware sometimes jobs are closer and don't take as long as expected. We do give 4 hour windows to help with the time frame and try to stay on track to be able to see all customers in a 8hr day. Again I am sorry for any inconvenience. Ok. So, normally if i am hiring someone i would look at reviews and would have seen theirs are poor but they were sent by a company. The first "repairman" said he knew what was wrong, would order parts and call when they're in.months later when the part was in, two repairmen came out and said he had been fired and that he was wrong and the part wasn't even on my appliance.He called some man at A&D who "walked them through" some measures to check to see if the refrigerator was not working properly and before i knew it he had pulled all the wires out of the freezer.(the unit worked fine when they got there other than occasionally the whole unit would go out and trip the whole circuit or outlets)They left and said the refrigerator was fine and i learned today that is what they wrote in their memos.After they left the temperature of the refrigerator never got below 63 or 64 degrees, obviously something they had done when they pulled out all the wires.I called them today and recorded the conversation with ********* in which she refused to send them back out or even acknowledge that they had broken the unit in it's entirety.I'm presently waiting on a resolution with the corporate offices of Electrolux and tbh i have never dealt with such a disreputable company in my life.I rent my home out for short term rentals starting this month and i have to keep the refirgerator until it is resolved but purchased another one so the renters will have a working unit.It is a disgrace that people like this are out there scamming people in the first place but i don't understand why companies hire them on such a large scale.Total scam artists in my humble opinion.As a law student thankfully i don't have to pay for an attorney but at this point until there is resplution with Electrolux i'm not even sure who to hold culpable.BE WARY OF THIS COMPANY, they do not stand behind their work..A&D Appliance Service Corporation Response

I am sorry for any inconvenience you had with your refrigerator. I appreciate that you record people without there knowledge. Also sometimes depending on warranty company we are not allowed to just send a tech back out as it has to be approved by the warranty company. Without a new claim we are not allowed to service order parts etc.... please remove review as this claim has no ******* as no monetary value was exchanged. Please remove
