I was trying to get the box template with the artwork for the Monster High bluetooth headphones and locker. I called and left voicemail to customer service and never called back. Please send it to me via email.Business response

I spoke with the ************ and informed him that packaging templates and Monster High artwork are proprietary and cannot be shared with the public. As there was no complaint regarding the product itself there is no further action necessary and this complaint should be withdrawn.Customer response

I reached out to ihome by email three days went by no response. I called there number listed and told them about my defective computer mouse that had stopped working on me. I had spoken to a rep and forwarded my concerns supposedly to the company resopnsible for the products. I was given a address to send my defecti ve mouoticese to that has been four weeks ago. I called and a rep said there was no number I could call to check on the progress of my mailed item. I was also told by a rep the address to mail to and I would be sent a new mouse. I called this week and a rep told me the business would be closing until next monday furtherBusiness response

After receiving notice of ****************** complaint from the Better Business Bureau, SDI immediately contacted ************** to inform him that we would be sending him a replacement Timex model. Since we no longer make the specific model ************** wrote about we offered a comparable replacement, thus this complaint has been resolved with the customers desired resolution. I purchased the iHome Timeboost (iBTW41) on Dec. 13, 2020 through Amazon. The product stopped working correctly after 2 1/2 months; too late to return to Amazon. Wireless charging became sporadic, and some of the LED time display lights stopped working, so that I could not see the time correctly. I contacted iHome Audio (a brand of SDI Tech) in July, 2021. As they do not have an email for customer service, the website directed me to ihomeaudio.com/support/contact; to fill out a webform. I did this and was contacted by the company to send additional details and pictures of the issue and given a case number #******. I did this on Jul. 30, 2021. I never received a reply. I tried contacting them this week to restart this but still did not receive any reply or acknowledgment.Business response

To Whom It May ***************** am writing on behalf of SDI Technologies Inc. (SDI") as Senior Counsel with regards to Case Number 16381901. ******************** contacted SDI on 7/30/21 regarding his iBTW41 stating that it was not working correctly. SDI's customer service responded the same day stating they would replace the product. ******************** did not respond until 12/20/21. SDI responded within a few hours stating again they would replace the product. ******************** filed this complaint 12/20/21.
After receiving notice of Mr. ********* complaint from the Better Business Bureau,SDI immediately contacted ******************** to inform him that we would be sending him a replacement iBTW41. On 12/21/21 SDI sent a replacement iBTW41 via *** #1Z8X76220395553906, and thus this complaint has been resolved with the customers desired resolution.
