      Purchased a 2020 Jeep Gladiator on 10/7/23. Offered a "SIMONIZ" contract for $3,599.00 which I declined. Conveniently I was not given a copy of the Vehicle Buyer's Order explaining all of the charges associated with the purchase. I called on 10/9/23 looking for an explanation of why the numbers looked so high on the paperwork that I did have. It took several phone calls to be able to speak with the person that did the paperwork. On 10/24/23 I was able to get the Vehicle Buyer's Order emailed to me. A charge of $3.599.00 was on the paperwork even though I had declined. I have been in contact with this company several times since and have had no success in finding a solution. The 30 day grace ****** is up on 11/6/23. I feel they are stalling. I would like a full refund and or at least cancel this contract before the 30 days is up.

      Purchased a vehicle from this dealer.Headlight has a known defect which they did not disclosed, I had to fix at my own expense.Possessions were stolen from vehicle when it was brought in for service (hood and headlights), valued at over $250.00 Car was un safe to drive as the front end suspension has to be replaced.Car was purchased in November of 2022 driven minimally as I work from home and has since completely broke down.Deal charged a surcharge bring the price of sale above total guarantied by ************ To date I have spent over $2,750. in addition to my monthly payment to resolve the issues and they only have gotten worst. Due to ***************** I have to drive to appointment and am not able to do so severally impacting my quality of life. The purchase of this vehicle has created a financial hardship as the dealer was explicitly told "I need something reliable and that will not give me any issues" (major at least) for a few years. At this time I am making payments on a vehicle that does not run. Please note, any/all documents of tow and service can be produced at the request of BBB.

      Purshared a Jeep 2018 on 3/26/2022, doing the test drive i told the sales Rep the brakes were not good. At the end of the closing of the deal they told me services center will call you on Monday 3/28/2022 to take the car and replace the breaks and do the oil change. Monday came and noone contact me so I call them and they gave me a appoitment for 3/12/2022. On Tuesday 3/29/2022 my car start making a noise do to the brakes not been good so I went to the dealer on Wdenesday 3/30/2022 and spoke to the sale rep and he told me is nothing they can do into Monday 4/4/2022. I told him the car is making a nose but he did not care. I took the car to my mechanic on the same day and left the car there so he can check and let me know. My mechanic call me on Thursday and told me to take the car back because is going to be more damage if I drive the car. I emailed the sale rep and he still told me on Monday 4/4/2022. I contact *********** auto finance becuase the loan is from them and explain the sistuation, they told me to go to the dealer and talk to the manager. Friday 3/31/2022 arounf 12:00pm went to the dealer and spoke to one of the manager and they took the car for services but they told me to leave it and they going to check and call me. Friday afternoon past and no call, Saturday past and no call. Monday came and still no call from they in the morning. I decided to call them and noone answer. Services center called me at 4:45pm letting me know they test driving the car and they going to let me know if everything is fine. I belive this dealership sale car that need to be repair and dont let the customer know thinking after the 60 days is not there problem. This is why i want to report them because I feel they try to not fix the problem but I told them from the beggining the situation and i knew the car need brakes.

      U purchase a 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali from ************* on February 24th, 2022. I finance $36,000 from my bank and use my debit card for remaining balance of $5,000 . The dealership were instructed to paint hood/roof before shipping out. I receive my truck from a carrier that BM Motors setup on March 13th. That same day. I contacted my sales person to inform him that a windshield was cracked. ******, my sales person stated he didn't notice a crack in windshield and before shipping out, and it could have happen at his dealership or from courier company. He contacted his manager and they told him they weren't going to replace windshield or damage headphones. I asked for a full refund on vehicle or fix windshield. I was directed back to ****** Managers who have kept me on hold for almost an hour.

      The Windshield was not cracked at the time of the vehicle left the dealership, we are contacting transporter to see if it was damaged during transportation, and if that is the case transporter will reimburse, we are in touch with the customer and trying to work things out

      I am rejecting this response because:BM Motors have failed to reach back out to me regarding if transportation is going to pay for windshield. Regardless, its BM MOTORS responsibility to get reimbursed from transportation since it was their carrier they provided. BM motors needs to replace windshield and get the money back from transportation company. Also the dealership sent me broken headphones and excessive mileage from purchase agreement

      I purchased a 2016 **** F-250 super duty on September 13th 2021. The vehicle had been in my possession for one week when I noticed a check engine light. I contacted the dealer immediately with the issue. It has now been almost 6 months and the issue has not yet been resolved. I have returned at least 6 times. The vehicles is currently in their possession since February 15th and after several days of aggravation and poor customer service they have not been able to locate the source of the problem. Today 02/23/22 I contacted the dealer for and update and I was informed that they dont have to do anything about the vehicle and I should probably trade it in for another and Im passed the lemon law of **********.

      Vehicle is over 10 years of age and over 100k miles, sold completely as is, customer had detailed information about the vehicle prior to purchase and signed several as is forms including any warranty waivers.

      I purchased a car in early August from *************. They sent me home with temporary tags and said I would have the title within 4 weeks. Never received title or registration. Contacted them every few weeks to see what the issue was, kept telling me that they had put the request in and were waiting. Finally 3 months later they told me that there was an issue with the title in that they had to get signature of previous owner. I questioned if they had the right to sell the car when they did, if they did not have a clean title. Ensured me that they did. Said they finally got the signature of previous owner in early December. All meanwhile I had to call every couple of weeks to make sure they were sending me a new temporary tag so I could drive the car. However, still have not been able to have car inspected because in ******** it must be registered to you to have the inspection complete. They told me in early December that it would be 10 days and they would have the title and would call me and overnight me the registration. It has been 5 weeks since then and still not a single phone call or correspondance. I have attempted to contact them by phone multiple times and get told that the people working in the title department are too busy to talk to me. It is now 5 months and I still do not have the title and my registration for this car.
