I just have to say that the warranty on a pool is a joke. When your pool rusts, it's because you have not taken care of your pool and that is NOT covered under warranty! Rust is not covered under warranty. Sorry!Initial Complaint

In 2014, we purchased an 18 x 52 round above ground pool through *************** pool company in ********** **********. The pool included a 25 year limited warranty and I have tried to contact the business about some replacement parts but the business is closed and there is no phone number or any way to contact them so I dont know how I can get discounted parts or even parts at all for this poolInitial Complaint

I have a 20 year warranty on a pool . One side of the pool has completely rusted out . No act of nature or misuse done to pool. Professionally installed. I have all receipts . Company does not seem to exist anymore and Id like to find out if the company is legally obligated to uphold the warranty promised .Initial Complaint

I purchased a 24' round above ground *********** pool in 2018 from Sharps Pools and Spas in ******, ** in 2018. Within a year and a half the top rails and liner cap began to rust and fall off into the pool. Now all of the top rails have rusted through with many of the liner retention caps rusted away also. The pool had a 30 yr warranty and I can't get any assistance with repair or replacement through either the manufacturer or the business where the pool was purchased. I've been chasing this for almost 4 years now with no result.Initial Complaint

Purchased 18x33 oval pool in 2014 the walls have a warranty of 25 years and I have to tear my pool down because it has rusted holes all the way through everywhere . I am so upset. I paid money for a pool with a warranty and I can not even find a phone number for them to contact regarding my warranty . I would like at least a partial refund, just very upsetting!
