    I purchased a vehicle from Square One Auto on December 18, 2024, and still have not received my permanent license plates. My temporary tags expired on February 16, 2025, and it is now March 14, yet the dealership keeps giving me false promises. I have visited three times, waited for hours, and was repeatedly told my plates were available when they were not. The owner himself promised me twice—once verbally and once with a signed note—that my plates would arrive, yet they still have not. I made a $4,000 down payment and have been making monthly payments on a car I cannot legally drive. On top of that, I am forced to use Uber, which is draining my finances. I have asked for an extension on my temporary tags, but the dealership refuses. At this point, I feel scammed. I need my plates immediately or, at the very least, an extension. If that is not possible, I want to return the car and receive a full refund, as I no longer wish to do business with a dealership that operates this way.

    We do apologize for the delay in the delivery of your plates and registration, as we were also not expecting this delay to occur, which is illustrated in the signed note that you attached. In the event that the DMV does not allow us to provide a second temporary tag to you, it is because your plates are already in process. However, sometimes this process may take longer than expected due to varying reasons on the DMV's side of the process. Rest assured, that as soon as we collected all of the information needed to process your plates, we had sent it over to the DMV to start that process. Furthermore, I looked into your case and found that your plates were ready on the date of your complaint submission, in which I have attached the release form that you have signed when picking up your plates and registration that same day. Again, we do apologize on behalf of the DMV for the inconvenience this has caused you, and if there is anything else we can help you with, please feel free to reach out to us.

    Me and my wife went to square one auto to purchase a car in oct 2024. We paid rougly 3200- 3300 to finance a 2021 jeep compass . Our sale guy ***** ****** did all the paper work. My wife has a license i at the time didnt have a valid id nor a license, ***** our ********************** guy asked me to email him my id upon receiving the email he confirmed that he could not use my id because it was expired and blurry and he asked me if i could get another persons id to cosign along side my wifes name .i than informed him i could not . he than walk away and returned minutes later telling me i got approved for the car weeks later the car would not start it has been to several different dealship fir months on end and they refused to refund my money . Now currently my paper tag have expired and i recently went to *** to obtain license plates dmv advise me that my car was under a name of ****** ******* and that they could not give me anythig without the gentleman being there i do not know who this is it was just me and my wife present that day i called the dealship multliple times about this situation and ***** has got back to me after promising to get this problem resolved

    I purchased a car from this company on Dec 13th 2024. Disclosed in their warranty we have 2 months to have them fix any mechanical issue. Days after purchasing the vehicle, I noticed that a light came on saying(back light faulty) since a few days after purchasing the car, I have been trying to communicate with them to get this issue resolved. They keep saying they will order the part and will give me a call when it comes in. Its been several weeks and I keep having to call them and no one responds to me. I have emailed them and spoke to supposedly managers to help me fix this matter, but nothing has been getting done. I called this morning ( January *******) and spoke to another manager and explained my frustrations, and he went off on me and told me he didnt want to deal with my attitude and was yelling at me and continue to hang up on me. I called back to be transferred to him again and as soon as he heard my voice, he hung up. I am reaching out to you guys to help me with this matter. this company is so unprofessional.

    I purchased a car from this dealership September 14, 2024 and the temp plate that was given to me expired October 15, 2024 I called numerous times for an update on plates and never got a call back. I physically went to the dealership on October 19, 2024 for an update and walked out with another temp plate that expired on November 15, 2024. Called yet again didn’t get a call back. Now, I went back to the dealership on November 20, 2024 and still no update nor a call back.

    My daughter purchase a 2019 Jeep.Grand Cherokee in January 2024. When this vehicle was purchased it was not approved by me to use my credit to purchase the vehicle. I never stepped into this dealership nor spoke to anyone in regards to the purchase until after I was made aware in February that I was a co signer on the car. I contacted the company furious because I was trying to figure out out how they could be so careless not verify and speak with me to cosigner for a car first before anyone in the particular situation my daughter a car in my name. Finally being able to speaking to someone at the company that had any idea about what was going on, the general manager ***** ******** explained that he didn't have a way of verifying if I was there or not and didn't know who sold my daughter the vehicle at the time of the call. I explained they should have that documentation in their database for their car buyers. They stated they would call me back the next business day once they investigated the situation further. I never got any call back and had to call several times to get in contact with the correct person who could help me. I finally spoke to **** ********* (financial manager) who was rude and asked me what did I want to happen but never rectified how this transaction could have happened without me being present to be a co signer and my credit being used unethically and illegally and just gave me one option which was whats done was done and the only thing he could offer was my name being taken off of the lease after 3 months of on time payments. Fast forward it's been 7 months and my name is still on this lease and no one from this business has made any efforts to correct this major issue or clear up their part in the situation. It's disheartening to have being taken advantage of and then have a company not do their part in ensuring people don't attempt to take advantage of others. You need to make this right like your company stated you would do.

    Bought a car back in 2019. I payed for the car to be registered and insured. I was told the plates will be mailed to me. It's 2024 still have not recieved plates after begging for them. The paperwork on the car I purchased is fraudulent and was corrected without my knowledge or consent. I reached out to the owner of the dealership ********* and his response was "fuck you sue me I have lawyers ". The day I left the dealership the car died and needed to be towed to a mechanic shop and I was stuck with a ******** bill. I reached out to the finance company and they said the paperwork was corrected in 2023 that I signed which is impossible seeing I never went to the dealership or talk to anyone from theor since summer of 2020. They keep doing fraudulent paperwork with my name and I'm disgusted. I have been without a car and was up to date on all payments until 2023. I'm not sure where else to take this matter but I do need help resolving this issue.

I have been trying to call the owner *** which yielded negative results for an answer. I even left him a voice mail. You guys did fraudulent paperwork to *********** and signed my name.     I purchased a 2018 Merecedes Benz C class coupe on July 13th, 2024. As soon as i left the lot, the check engine light, and tire light came on. I put air in the tire and that got rid of the tire light, however, the check engine light has stood on for the whole week. I first brought the car back on July 15th, and waited for over 6 hours. I was told the light was fixed and it was a carbon filter issue. I thought it was over then. Wrong! After 1 more week of constantly calling and texting with no response. I finally got second appointment to get the light checked AGAIN! Which was on July 22nd. As i went in at 9am. I was waiting once again for hours while being ignored. I had to constantly ask whats going on and finally a man named **** whos their alleged mechanic said he needs it for a few days. So once again Im out of luck with a vehicle. I have no other means of transportation and let the general manager ***** know this. He responded with disregard and refused to provide me a loaner car for the time being as I live more than an hour and a half away. Currently I have not heard any update on whats going on with my vehicle and dont know how long they will hold it for. In the meantime, I am paying $100 a day for a car rental. July 23rd was when the car was dropped off and up until now, we are paying out of pocket for a car rental. $100 a day, so far it's 10 days. The solution we ask for is to please reimburse me for the car rental, and in exchange we will change the review. Looking forward to a response.

    i recently got a two years old used car. one of the things i notice that they did a horrible painting job on the ***** and you also see that the painting on passenger door doesnt match the rest of the surrounding. besde that, I received a wrong remote car that's not for the ***** Accord SE.

    First and foremost, I feel that from day one, they have constantly gave me the runaround.  The key fob that I was issued is not even an original ***** item. It is a generic form, plus, my vehicle is a " sport, special edition" and as such, the key fob should have a remote starter included. Mine didn't. My car was supposed to be equipped with a radar sensor.  It wasn't, which meant I had to travel back to the dealer, which is no small task, and have it installed.   When I purchased the vehicle, the contract as well as all documents were emailed to me.  I misplaced them and requested that they resend the documents.  They keep saying they will. So far, nothing.  I found out, not through them, that the car was involved  in an accident. the paint job was not professional.   All the above instances meant time time taken off from work, lost time, lost income.

    on 3/25 we purchased a 2018 chevy trax from SQ1. We specifically told salesman Martin M. we were'nt interested in any extended or additional warranty on the vehicle. After reviewing the paperwork there was an additional charge of 2,000$ with no explanation of the charge. When contacting SQ1. we were told it was an extended warranty from **** ******** **** *******. & finance manager Mike N.  assured us, we could cancel the warranty at any time. I called **** **** and cancellations agent Taylor D. told me this warranty was never activated or paid for by SQ1, & rejected. So in actuality we are being charged 2,000$ for absolutely nothing & something we said we didnt want & now paying 17.16% for 4 years on it ! NO ! We are seniors, we told SQ1 owner Mr Lee M.  & his team we are on a fixed income & cant afford it. yet they still dont care. We've called repeatedly text, emailed & getting the run around & around & more around ...... I emailed SQ1 owner Mr Lee M.  again & explained if he isnt willing to resolve this matter & do the right thing we will go to BBB, Then social media, local news, finally court if necessary NO response. The principal of taking complete advantage of a seniors/veteran is my main goal now. Its shameful. But we really do need the $ for payments we cant afford. * This is all not even mentioning the car was advertised for 12.5 K we paid 10 k cash, yet after all was said & done plus more unknown fees our total price was 21,736.32 $$, imagine. its not right , I kept all records (upon request) to validate every single statement above.     I purchased a car from SQUARE ONE AUTO SALES on 04-27-2024. When I found the car online it was advertised at $28,900. When I was signing paperwork I was given a form that said the price was $34,900. Prior to signing the paper I expressed my concerns about the different price and was told that was the cash price. I have now had time to look at the *** thumb drive I was given, well I was actually charged $34,900 for the vehicle. On top of that there is a $2,800 add on I knew nothing about considering I declined all warranties they offered. That brought the price to $37,700 for a car that was supposed to cost $28,900.
