I purchased a vehicle from them on 6-24-2024 and included in the deal were all weather floor mats. Here is a copy of the correspondence ----- Forwarded Message ----- From: Joshua N. To: **  Sent: Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at 10:05:54 AM EDT Subject: Re: [EXTERNAL] Fw: *** Delivery Notification, Tracking Number ****************** Paperwork is received, everything looks good. I ordered all weather mats for you as well since they were not in the car. Car is clean and fully gassed up. Team **** said pick up would be this afternoon. Josh told me the mats would be delivered to him on 7-1-2024 and he would ship them out to me and, as of 7-24-2024 I have not received them. All efforts to get an answer are met with no response from Josh. I have asked his sales associate, Steven, numerous times to get an answer and Josh not only won't provide an answer to Steven to relay to me, he refuses to communicate with me concerning this issue.

BMW of Ramsey had been consistently urging us to return our lease early. We ended up returning it 2.5 months ahead of schedule, only to find ourselves responsible for paying thousands of dollars until the end of the lease term, along with a disposition fee. None of these additional costs were mentioned to me in person when I returned the car. Now I am without a car for 2 months and have to pay for something that I dont have

I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Genesis on 8/26/23 from BMW of Ramsey NJ. for $21,023. The salesman was Jorge B******. It is my contention that the total sales price included a Nitrofill Protection Plan and a warranty service contract at a cost of $399 and a Permaplate Protection Plan warranty at a cost of $399. Neither of these plans have been registered with the appropriate companies for warranty. Copies of the email correspondence are attached that I have sent to the appropriate people at BMW of Ramsey. As you can see after 5 requests for a response to my questions and allegations, I have not received any. I would like the warranties registered or a refund of $798. Thank you, ******* ***** ********************* ************

I have a 2006 *** 325xi There has been a recall on the car and the part is not available. I have called *** several times and I am unable to drive my car because I have no heat no air-conditioning no rear defoggers or front to foggers making driving a hazardous. When the blower went out the car started to smoke. I am still using the car because I have no other means of transportation. They are unwilling to call me back as I know they do not have a timeframe on when this will fix. However I think in all fairness they should give me a loaner car until the part can come available. They have suggested for me to come in and have the car diagnostic test and are going to charge me $200. And if it is a recall they are still going to charge me the $200. I think this is very unfair. Can you please contact them To rectify the situation.

July 27th 2021. I purchased a 2012 Land Rover. -After giving me quotes via text they changed the amount to appear as higher in final paperwork.-I was told at the time I had inquired on the purchase I had a preapproval already but they thought they could find me a better deal. I was told they could do "soft inquiries" and it would not effect my credit. And yet now I see there were 4 different inquiries without my permission. -Before driving off the lot I let them know of faults showing but was advised they were there because of recent work on the car and would clear after 200 miles. ***** than 200 miles later and just a few days later, a check engine light appears and the tires locked up and had to call BMW of Ramsey to tow the Land Rover. They took a week before they responded, and finally they towed the Land Rover and then kept it for over a week without leaving me a loaner. This caused me to lose my new job due to not having reliable transportation. -They claimed they fixed the issues and had me uber back to the dealership to pick up my car.-1 week later I still had faults appearing and check engine light returned. I immediately contacted them and was told by their Used Car Manager, Rich, he would have a loaner in October to give me and committed to picking up and fixing all the issues I reported.-Mid October comes and I attempt calling and leaving messages. Finally come to find out that manager is no longer there. Every other manager I reached out to did not return my calls or emails. I reported these issues during the first month and they had my Land Rover over 2 weeks of the first month and i had put less than 100 miles when all this happened. They knew the car problems I'm sure and were being dishonest intentionally.-The only person from BMW of Ramsey who was trying for months to help was ****** their Operator. She remembered me from when I purchased the car because of my name. She has been attempting to get me help since the start
