I am writing to file a formal complaint against Konica Minolta regarding their refusal to assist with a critical issue on a printer I purchased from them. The details of the transaction are as follows:Product: Konica Minolta C308 Serial Number: ************* The issue pertains to a forgotten administrative password on the printer, which has severely limited its functionality. Despite repeated attempts to obtain assistance and a factory reset solution from Konica Minolta, they have consistently declined to offer any support or guidance.Their refusal to address this issue is not only frustrating but severely impacts the functionality and usability of the product I purchased. My attempts to reach their customer support team via multiple channels have been met with unhelpful responses and prolonged delays.I urge the Better Business Bureau to intervene and facilitate a resolution to this matter urgently. I seek immediate guidance to reset the administrative password or any necessary assistance to restore the printer's functionality. Additionally, I request compensation for the inconvenience caused by Konica Minolta's lack of support.I have attached essential documentation, including proof of purchase, for your reference and investigation into this matter.
