Dear Sirs I would like to file a complaint against Sals Pizza Corner in ****** **.I went to Sals Pizza on 7/21 to buy Heros for my family. Before I went I checked sals website to choose which heros we would buy and know what the cost would be.Upon arriving I ordered the heros and confirmed the prices that they have display inside the restaurant. When the time came to pay the owner stated that the prices on display and on the website are from six months ago. I believe the owner is just trying to mislead customers. Certainly after six months he would have had time to make the change!!!!I believe many customers are being mislead Please take the time to correct this problem. ************* called us and ordered two sandwiches, when he picked up he wasnt happy with the prices.He stated that he ordered the food in person after matching our online menus with our store menu, that wasnt accurate.
We currently have a website that is not complete as it has 3rd party menu template with pictures and items that are not ours.
As far as the store menu, i told ************* that in the last 6 months our prices have changed twice and rather than keep paying for new menus i have a disclaimer that Prices subject to change.
We are operating a business in times where cost of goods are increasing daily and weekly.As a business owner i wanted to do what i can and offered ************* the opportunity to not have pay for the food he had already ordered and was made, and take the order back.Although not completely happy he accepted the price and left with his food.
We are doing our best in these tough times and im working on new store and online menus currently.Customer response
