I went to Bark Ave yesterday and I was in awe of this beautiful Boutique. The Boutique was immaculate and absolutely beautiful. Her Puppies are adorable and very well taken care of. It was like they are at the Hilton. They each have a fluffy bed, well fed and watered. The puppies were happy playful and I wanted every one of them. Her merchandise is classy and well thought of. **** sayings and displayed perfectly. The whole experience was a joy. I would give this boutique 10 stars and I HIGHLY RECOMEND if you are looking for a puppy.

My daughter purchased a puppy from Bark Avenue and we are extremely dissatisfied. The puppy has a rare parasite and was not properly vetted before delivery. She is also displaying behavior that would suggest she was taken from her mother too early. She is aggressively biting; not normal teething. She has extreme separation anxiety and is not eating. These are all symptoms of puppy mill syndrome. Beware buying from this store. The owner is money motivated and does not care about the health and welfare of her puppies or the breeder moms at puppy *****. The owner said that this is normal and a result of transport and kennels. Imagine transporting an 8 week old puppy with hoards of other dogs then letting them live in small pens where they eat and toilet in the same pen with other puppies. Disgusting and not hygienic. So to sum it up, rip puppies away from their abused mothers too early then transport them en masse to a strange location then let them live in tiny pens where they are sold for exorbitant amounts of money to unsuspecting people who feel sorry for these poor puppies. Further they are not properly vetted and are delivered with illnesses that could spread to other pets and family members. A despicable business that should be penalized and hopefully shut down.

Dog got extremely sick, **** dollars in vet bills and 500 in boarding cost. They have a pet warranty policy which they refuse to pay (only 500 dollars) after they told me there was a check in the mail for me. Asked multiple times if they had any other reports of dogs getting sick and they said no, someone showed me their ******** page where they have page after page of other customers pets getting sick. Theyre unprofessional, unorganized and an unclean facility.
