This company put an advertisement on ******** marketplace and sold 3 cabinets to me. They said the cabinets were brand new. I ordered 2 wall cabinets and 1 base cabinet. I also paid additional amount for them to assemble the cabinets. On delivery we saw that the wall cabinets were defective, water damaged and the sides and the back of the cabinet was different then the white color we asked for and what they showed me at the warehouse. I asked them to give a refund of the amount we paid for 2 of the cabinets as these were defective. The client also agreed that they were defective when we sent them pictures of it. We agreed to keep the base cabinet as it was okay. The company employee that I was working with is ********************. I contacted her on the phone a few times as well as thru messaging and she said she would discuss with her manager. Then she refused to give me a refund for the defective cabinets. The amount that I paid in total was $188.59 for the base cabinet, ****** for the 2 defective wall cabinets and $54 for the assembly charge. Total paid $485.34 including the tax. The customer bought a cabinets from ** and install them, and after cabinets been installed she gave us a call saying the cabinets was damaged and she wants a refund. We gave her an option to provide her a replacement panel since the cabinets been installed and we do not accept installed cabinets back - all complains should be done before installation-she refused the option with replacement panels, saying that she was not able to check cabinets before installation.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:The cabinet that they gave was not what I saw at their warehouse. She showed me white cabinets with white doors and doors that closed. The cabinets that they gave have yellow sides and water damaged back and also the doors do not fit or close. They even charged me money for assembling the cabinet and did not even assemble them correctly so that the doors close. The back panel that they were ready to provide would not fix the sides of the cabinet being a different color nor would it fix the doors which do not align or close. I am requesting that they give me the correct white back and side panels that matches the doors and refund the assembly charges or take back the cabinets and give me a refund for the amount I paid.

There is a customer responsibility to inspect the product upon pickup or before installation. We accept complains for any products we sell BEFORE they installed. Our company not responsible for third party company delivery service/ or installation. This is the customer responsibility. Third partny was perform pick-up, delivery and installation. Whoever made an installation is responsible for doors adjustment. Our company made ONLY an assembly of the cabinets - final adjustment always require upon installation done by the Installer. Nevertheless there was a free of charge option offered to satisfy the customer. That option was refused. We can provide a panel to cover affected areas. We do not accept being installed cabinets back.
