      Me and my Wife hired Chris P. from Ikonic for out wedding back in March of 2024, He as been very dependable as he has done events for our family in the past, but the one day that is very special to my self and wide he was in his worse form. When we first got engaged we booked him with no hesitation as we knew we wanted him to be our DJ / entertainment. Once it got closer to finalizing everything that is when the issues started. Chris wanted payment in full about 2 week prior to the event, he came to us about 6 weeks asking for it. I paid no mind as we had to pay him anyways but the writing was on the wall there when he said he could not get the monograms for us when I paid. I also never meet him in his office. Something all his clients did, turned out he did not move from his office he was KICKED out for not paying rent. Fast forward to the week of the wedding Chris said he would be reaching out to finalize everything 2 days prior, I had to reach out on THURSDAY (wedding was Friday) to confirm we where a go and some minor details. One detail he mentioned was he would be arriving at 2/3 o'clock to set up, he showed up at 4 PM, when everything was set to start at 5PM. That is Issue one. Issue two was when he showed up completely under the influence as you can tell by the way he was acting. He had NONE of our notes we completed for him, he was running around in a panic, and also breached his contract as HE DID not provide equipment he promised (Microphone with STAND), another thing he breached in his contract was the time for her service. He was contractually obligated to be our DJ / entertainment until 12 AM. He failed to do that as he shut down at 11:30 PM. Chris also failed to use props that he bought to give out and was told numinous times, and he said he would and did not. Lastly above all else he RUINED the wedding by announcing people wrong when coming in and FORGETTING people. There is more to this but character limits prevent the issues we had.
