Fraudulent company who goes through full transaction with false shipping information. They will never ship your item, just respond to your inquiries with "the order is in transit to the next facility". Once a refund or transaction cancelation is mentioned in the customer service chat, the communication stops on their end. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!Review from Brian H

Do not buy from them, there is no phone number to speak to customer service and the Lack of care for an item purchased is immense. I have been waiting nearly two months for an item, with no one to talk to about the situation. Just an automated message with no real resolve.Review from Ta A

This company is horrible! I ordered a necklace for my daughter on 12/2 of her dog for Christmas. Their website states **** days guaranteed for delivery. I started emailing them on 12/10 because I had not received tracking info. I get an automated email saying "we are handling high volume of email and will get back to you in ***** hours. CRICKETS. I sent emails again on 12/14, 12/16 and today 12/21. Again no response other than a tracking email. It STILL has not been shipped. The tracking info was letting me know a label was created, but it STILL hasn't shipped. I sent another email and guess what, no reply. I contacted my CC company today to have the charge reversed and filed a complaint as well. Sadly, they are not listed on ******** surprise) so I can not leave a review.Review from Austin K

Wish I had looked at the BBB rating and instagram comments sooner. It is a scam company dont bother with them. I have screenshots of the emails where they lied to me multiple times.Review from Jamie D

Do notI repeat DO NOT order from this company! They will take your money and not send the product and not respond. They are a total scam. Go on their Instagram account and look at all the negative comments. This company needs to be shut down ASAPReview from Lori A

Hello, my daughter purchased me a pup ring as a Christmas present. We received the ring and the engraving was so faint you can barely see it! I requested a new one with darker engraving and I will send the other one back. You seriously need a magnified glass. We contacted the company and they are absolutely not getting back to us. We are not the only ones. Others are having the same problem. And there also saying you need a warranty we never received a warranty. These people are a total scam! They are taking your money. They seriously need to be checked into. Poor customer service not even getting back to us!
