I've had a membership with this company since the end of 2017, I froze my account last year and they took out automatic payments after 3-4 months with no notice that they were doing so or that my account was un-frozen. I called last week after they withdrew $119.99 again out of my account, when I called the store the girl was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and condescending. I was told that a manager would call, no one ever did, so I called again today (5/10/23) and immediately asked to speak to a manager. The girl refused to put a manager on and said there was no supervisor on the premises, she asked to take a message and I declined because I had already been waiting for a call back for 6 days. I hung up and lo and behold 2 minutes later the ***** herself (********) miraculously appears and calls saying she looked me up on the caller ID (Mensa-level detective work obviously) and says my membership has been terminated and the most recent $119.99 was refunded to my account (it wasn't) and that I was not welcome as a customer any longer. She made no mention of the rest of my funds in my account which is AT LEAST another $119.99 and hung up. Action was taken in regards to MY ACCOUNT that I never approved of because no one has had a conversation with me. If my membership is terminated and I am not welcome back then surely they are not allowed to keep my money for services at their store that I will never be able to receive. My money should be returned to me IN FULL. The genius at the front desk clearly communicated my issues incorrectly to God knows who, no one ever reached out to me, and then decisions regarding my account were made with no input from me, the account holder. It is absolutely ridiculous and the remainder of the money in my account needs to be refunded immediately.
