ADP is the absolute worst company that I have ever dealt with in my 20 years of work history. DO NOT USE THEM! They did our payroll for two years and never sent us a correct W2 in year one and in year two still have not send me a W2. We pay them to process pay roll and provide W2's. They continued to have mistakes with the payroll and the W2 is never been correct and they still won't send us last years. If you call no one will answer, everything is automated. After since month they sent me a link saying I could pay for our W2's, guess what? The link didn't work, it literally gave an error message. USE PAYCHEXS, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.ADP, Inc. Response

Absolutely terrible. Took over 2-months for my card to be delivered but you can't touch your deposited money without activating the card, so I could not pay rent or my car loan for a month. Customer ********************** is not helpful at all and if they tired of questions they simply hang up on you. Even though this is through ADP, which I've always thought was a great company, do not use Wisely. It's overall sketchy and a huge headache to work with.ADP, Inc. Response

******************, we are sorry to hear about your experience and were able to locate your account. Upon self-enrollment for a Wisely account, the initial card was sent on 07/25/2023. On 07/29/2023 you activated your digital wallet to access your funds. There was a follow-up call made on 08/12/2023 to request a replacement card, the address was verified and the replacement card was issued within a timeframe of 7-10 business days. The following day you requested an expedited card. Please note both cards were returned to Wisely due to an undeliverable address. Records confirm you called us on July 16, 2024, to close your account. Should you wish to reinstate the account please give us a call so we can confirm the address and issue a replacement card. Pretty sure Wisely is a scam organization because our of the blue I just got an email for a verification code that I didn't request. Called and the person on the other end of the call wasn't speaking English. Oh and did I mention that I haven't been employed with my previous for almost a year? So either something is fishy with Wisely or my previous employer is trying some sort of scam with my name and a card I never had issued because I had direct deposit straight from ADP to my account. Either way, someone is committing a crime right now and making ADP an accessory to said crime.ADP, Inc. Response

****** authoritarian policies have caused me to be unable to access my money for several days.I understand that when a card is lost that there needs to be a way to secure the funds in my account. However, it was explained multiple times that I do not have an address where a new card can be sent. So now, I am unable to purchase food for myself until a new card can be sent, which cannot happen because I do not have an address where the new card can be sent.They do not care that people need to eat, they only care about protecting themselves.ADP, Inc. I am ready to quit my job if I have to use ADP to access my information. They are CONSTANTLY FORCING me into changing passwords and validating my existence, then THEY DON'T SEND THE **** TO MY PHONE, THUS NEVER GET TO ACCESS MY OWN ACCOUNT. I am TIRED of this HORRIBLE company, lack of customer ********************** and I( will be filing a formal complaint to my Employer over ADP's lack of serviceADP, Inc. Response

We're sorry to hear the frustration this has caused. It sounds like the employer may have a different phone number in their system which is why it may not be delivering properly to your phone. Please contact your employer's HR/Payroll person to check on this. If everything is good on their end, they have an ADP Tech Team they can contact to look further into it. We are not authorized to provide direct support to employees without specific permission from the employer as they are the ADP Client. This is set up by the employers, so they know when a third party is speaking with their employees.

They withdrew money from our account in April to pay unemployment tax. They never paid it. Ive been trying to resolve this for 3 months. I get put on hold literally for hours. Get told someone will call me back. They never have. They havent responded to emails in over 2 months. Meanwhile our unpaid taxes have now had penalties and interest added. They have known that today is the deadline before the state files liens against my personal assets. Ive been on hold for another hour waiting on the tax supervisor to pick up. This is the worker interaction I have ever had with any company in my 55 years on earth. We will be switching ASAP. Beware: these people are completely incompetent.ADP, Inc. Response

This company is terrible. That ADP is attached to this company is a shame, as ADP for my friend is responsive.Wisely refuses to release my funds to me. I work as a ***************** contractor through the national AmeriCorps volunteer program. I get a small stipend that I need for gas and rent. Wisely has my money and refuses to release it back to the county. They have locked my online account and debit card. When I call into the "service center", the call center folks in a foreign county say "Sorry. There's nothing we can do." When I asked for a supervisor, the person hung up on me. I called back and asked for a supervisor, and was transferred to the woman who had hung up on me.I'm at the point that I'm going to have to pursue this through the ************************* and **********************************ADP, Inc. This is the worst payroll company I've ever had. They pay you when they want,not when your supposed to be paid.My employer put our company hours in early to avoid holiday delay. ADP processed it after the holiday and missed the actual pay date. They have no customer **************************** IVR system either redirects you to their website(which also has no resolution) or to your employer (which has process everything in a timely manner,and has also said ADP has already pulled the payroll money from the business actt.) Been waiting 3 days on a direct deposit now. Absolutely the worst out there.ADP, Inc. Response

We are sorry to hear about your missing deposit and the frustration in reaching service. We are not authorized to provide direct support to employees without specific permission from the employer as they are the ADP Client. This is set up by the employers so they know when a 3rd party is speaking with their employees. Please have your employers HR/Payroll person contact their ADP Service Team. They can go over available options to get the direct deposit rushed out.

I have been a customer with them since 2016, and I must say the experience has been TERRIBLE. We moved our 401K service away because of similar problems. Unfortunately, we are now looking at another payroll solution provider. Multiple times, I have been calling for assistance with a problem ADP created by incorrectly filing Form 941. I have been on the line for more than 1 hour only to be told I have the wrong department (even though the last agent told me to call that department). Hopefully, someone from ADP will see this and help me because I do not know what to do at this point.ADP, Inc. Response

Twice I have had this company double charge me for my pay roll. I start the process of my payroll and then never submitted. Came back a couple days later to finish and nothing is available, anywhere, for me to pick up where I left off. Therefore, I had to start a new payroll, I hit submit and all is good, even got the confirmation that payroll is submitted. Unfortunately however, the unfinished payroll, that never showed up anywhere and had me redo the payroll, gets processed as well. Now I have 2 payrolls for the same amount coming out at the same time and thebpayrolls were ALL dated the same week. The person on the phone today said that this has never happened before. I then informed her, again, that this was the 2nd time in 2 weeks for me. If you use this company, understand you are not a priority.ADP, Inc. Response
