              I was knowingly tricked by an ADP salesman who promised me 3 months of free payroll when signing up. I then spent the time to set up 8 of my businesses with separate payrolls, which cost $200 a month each in fees, but now they wont honor what was promised to me because they had a glitch and didnt enter the promo when they were setting it up!?. Its obviously a tactic and a scam used by the ADP salesman to get people to sign up under false promises. I own a company with 400 employees and if any of my staff ever used these tactics they would be terminated immediately. I am currently looking for a new payroll company that is ethical. I am owned $3200 by ADP, which I will likely never see. Its sad to watch these companies fail this way, but it seems to be happening more often. The sales people were very young and many seemed to lack common sense and values.

              I rate this company with an extremely high NEGATIVE number. As a new employee, my company uses ADP. I have had problems making an account and tried desperately to speak to a live person because their useless AI was of no help. I then see that the company states on their website that there is no customer ********************** support for employees and we must go through my company's administrator. First, AI is useless and frustrating. Second, ADP is too cheap to hire real people for customer **********************. Third, users must be able to get help from ADP and not the administrator of the client company who, because of this nonsense is actually PAYING ADP to do ADP's job!

              We apologize for the frustration. We are not authorized to provide direct support to employees without direct permission from the employer as they are the ADP Client. This is set up by the employers so they know when a third party is speaking with their employees. Your employers' HR/Payroll person can assist with most account issues. They have an ADP Tech Team they can contact if they need further assistance.
