      I NEVER HEAR BACK FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE AFTER FILING A COMPLAINT IN JANUARY. THIS PROPERTY HAS GONE TO LITERAL DAMN HELL AND THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS MORE CONCERNED ABOUT TOWING DAMN CARS THAN FIXING ANYTHING. WE HAVE MOLD THAT MAINTENANCE JUST PAINTS OVER AND PLUMBING ISSUES ONCE A WEEK. MY APPLIANCES DON'T WORK. I'M SO CLOSE TO CALLING A LAWYER RECALISE THIS SHIT IS A CININE

      Ive been having problems with this company for months no one has done anything. From maintenance to leasing nothing but problems to the point where *** had to ask them to leave my unit. No repairs have been made they sent a plumber to fix my toilet and are now charging me for it threatening eviction because I want my things in my apartment fixed harassing me messing with my front door *** I may even have to file a Police report because Im starting to feel unsafe at this point. Its been a nightmare living here, the plumbing in my apartment is off nothing drains crack in whole foundation of ceiling Ive asked for the tile under the toilet to be looked at you can pull the whole toilet up from the ground front door does not lock properly you can hear things scratching in the walls and air conditioner trash all over the buildings, all Ive asked is for my apartment to be repaired now Im being harassed into moving and getting an eviction on my record they are trying to scare me into just abandoning my home instead of doing their job which is fixing it.

      This is *********************** I have put in several maintenance requests in my apartment for repair NONE have been addressed which is as followed. ( dishwasher not draining, kitchen sink not draining,bathroom sink not draining toilet not draining, tile in bathroom floor coming apart, crack in foundation of the whole living room ceiling front door lock loose and broken unsecure toilet in bathroom coming up off the floor lock on bathroom door needs repair , tile coming ** in the kitchen and around the dining area floor) I was told today this is what happens when you live in a 60 year old building from ***** your leasing agent building is unsafe illegal Parking dog p*** everywhere bats in building always mice the list goes on

      Committed to provide tenants with safe housing they arent doing any of this buildings have mice roaches and other animals in the walls they wont do anything about it have made several attempts to get things in my apartments fixed maintenance does not even do an exceptional job when fixing things no care I have small children and so do my neighbors why do we have to live like this?

      July 11th 2022 at 9:30 in the morning I received a knock on the door and my fiance Passion lifted the window to find out who was there. There was then a response of pest control and they were asked to give us a minute because we were disrobed at the time. As I was about to go down the stairs i had noticed from the top of the staircase that maintenance and pest control was unlocking my door to enter, without my permission. I immediately ran down the stairs to the door with just my under garments on, because i felt like they were about to just walk in. I spoke to the Maintenance man and asked him not to open our door when we are home. There is 3 females in this house myself, Passion and our daughter and the last thing we would want to feel is unsafe and uncomfortable in our home because someone might walk in.After the incident we gave the leasing office a call twice to speak with ***************************, there was no answer. We then went to the leasing office to talk to her about the situation. I went in to talk to her about everything that took place. She was acting very nonchalant as if it doesn't matter about the tenants comfortability and safety in the residence. After my conversation, Passion then went into the office to ask her a question totally regarding pest control. But as Passion attempted to get a word out ***** was really dismissive and very rude, yelling and no longer wanting to have a conversation. We waited untill the maintenance man came in to speak to her with him present. She still was rude, and very unprofessional. There was even a threat to call the police if we didn't get out of the office, noting the aggression with a threat to be barred was given by *****. We stepped outside and waited for them to arrive, they never showed up. We left and went on with our day and came back to our residence. A notice was left on our door due to retaliation from personal emotions on the prior incident. The notice stated that we violated section 55-248.31:01.
