      I tried to cancel my subscription after 6 months of getting their product. I did that under my account on their website, as well as I sent an email to the correct address stating this as well. They continue to debit my credit card each month. I never received any response back. Now that I see this has happened to others, it is obvious they are a scam!

      I ordered a Yum box on 12/25/23. The email says it shipped on 12/27/23. I signed up to receive 1 a month for 6 months. I paid $108. I have received repeated emails every day stating my package will be delivered that day, then another email stating it will arrive the next day. Their online site says you generally get the package 3-7 days after shipping. I have now received another email claiming my 1st one will be here on 1/8/24 and now my 2nd months one will arrive the next day 1/9/24. And they will not allow for a cancellation or refund due to the fact that I prepaid for it. This is not 1 a month as advertised, which might be illegal

      I ordered a 6 month subscription of Universal yum packages for my son. I had to prepay for whole order. First order came 12/23/22. I was supposed to get a new box monthly. February **mes along and I never received January's. When I ordered December's box they said if ordered by a certain date you would get December's by Christmas which I did. I never recieved the remainder of boxes. When I reached out to UY via email I received no response. So I googled **mpany and saw very bad reviews and **mplaints of the same problem as me. When you email them they state they will get back in 1-2 days which they never did. I called my credit card ** to report them and then the next day they finally respond to my email about 2 weeks later. They refused to refund my money and stated some bogus lie that I ordered January's box that was delivered 12/23/22.That was not true, I received Dec's box and should have recvd ******* but I didn't like many other customers. It is now Feb 17 and I didn't even get feb box. What happened to *** and montky my son should have recd? When I emailed to cancel bc I din't recv order they should of allowed me to cancel, bc they failed to deliver or reply to my inquiry. They shouldn't take all your money up front and then fail to deliver and respond with bogus reasons and not refund my money. It doesn't state non refundable in fact on honestbrandreviews.**m it states you can cancel your subscription any time. They did not allow me to cancel and many other customers, failed to deliver and failed to refund us. They took over $400,000 in Small Business Covid loans that they don't have to pay back and stole money from customers and refuse to pay back. This **mpany is a scam and theif and should be held ac**untable. I posted my review of what they did on their website and they took it down, misleading people who are reading their reviews and not knowing the reviews are biased and real reviews are removed, that is unlawful.This **mpany should be investigated.

      I am rejecting this response because: I was refused a refund until I threatened to write BBB and consumer protection. All my emails were not ackowledged until I wrote that.  If you read reviews on Universal Yum you will see they ignored all the customers they did not deliver too. They did not refund me my credit card had to dispute.

      Is subscribed to the Yum Yum box in either late November or early December. We received our first box. Our second one shipped out on the 6th of Jan and was in transit by the 10th with a delivery date of 1/12. It is now 1/23 and we have received nothing. Every day I check *** tracking and it doesnt say anything after being scanned in ****. Every day it tells me it will be here by 10pm the same day since the 12th. Nothing has showed up. No one is responding to emails or complaints sent through their website. I called their number out of ********** and no one answers that either. They are getting ready to bill me for another month and wont even make this month right. Their customer service and response times are terrible. Reading all the other complaints its starting to seem like this company is a ponzu scheme. They dont seem to make anything right.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They did send a replacement- however, it took 3 weeks and over a dozen times of contacting them to get what I paid for, and they never responded to any of the messages, just just shipped it to me with no notification or message.

      I have a monthly subscription to Universal Yums. My December order was supposed to have been shipped on December 5, 2022. It does not appear that it was ever shipped, and I did not receive it. I was charged in full for the December order. I have been trying for nearly two weeks to resolve this with Universal Yums, but they do not respond to my contact attempts.This is regarding order number *******, with *** tracking number ******************. I paid $29.00 on December 1, 2023.

      Placed and paid for a yearly subscription from Universal Yums for my father for Christmas, he has *********** and can do little now, I thought the box coming once a month with treats from around the world would be a bright spot in his otherwise bleak days.Order placed and fully paid for November 16 2022 It is now 1/4/2023 and he has NOT received his first box.I have sent numerous emails asking for a status with only a "canned" response.I have called the office number in ** and left messages that included my cell number with no response.At this point, I have purchased a different gift for him and want my $180.00 refunded.Shame on them!

      I ordered a yum box subscription. I have paid for 2 months now and will have not received a first yum box. I contacted customer service and said I still want the box but would appreciate being upgraded for not receiving the first box. Universal **** agreed and I waited for another month. Now I have still not received anything that I have paid for and the company is not acknowledging any wrong doing. I want my money back or the yum boxes I have already paid for.
