Oman airways does not offer a full refund when a ticket is cancelled within 24 hours of booking. They apparently comply with the law by offering to hold a ticket for 24 hours, however I have not seen that option in their website. Their customer service was also not helpful.Initial Complaint

Here are my details, FFP Number (frequent flyer program): ********* Email: *********************** *************** Mobile Phone: ************** Booking Ref. No. / PNR: CLWOAP Station/Area: ****** Ticket Number: ************* Purchased ticket from Online Destination: ***** I was denied boarding to my flight by Oman Air staff. I abided by carriage rules by carrying all relevant documents including my Passport, old ****** ***** de ****** (residence permit), 3 ****** vaccinaton certificates, a color copy of my APS ***** and a negative RT PCR Test but I was still denied boarding. I've been residing in ****** since 2017. And I used these same exact documents to recently travel to Luxembourg, *******, ******* and also arrive in ***** after regular immigration checks. I was randomly denied boarding by Oman Air staff and treated very very poorly. This has been traumatic and I was unable to report to my office because of this incident. This has negatively impacted me professionally. I tried to reach out to the airline for support but their assistance was abysmal. request a full refund on my ticket from Oman Air. Oman Air has made me wait an extended amount of time for my refund. When I initially asked for my refund the Customer Rep. said I needed to talk to Expedia the third party where I purchased the ticket. Regardless, I have dealt with these two companies and they have an issue with returning my refund. The reason I requested a refund was because of Covid-19 travel restrictions and I was not able to fly. My Oman air ticket number is ************* and the Booking Reference is LYOVMQ. I also have a refund request-id number ( *******, which is supposed to be answered within 15 working days. It has been well over 15 working days and I am frustrated that the business is not valuing my concern for reimbursement.
