  I was giving a car in a auto loan with Carco Auto WorldAnd carco lied about me getting approved for a deal and basically gave me a car with over 13k with no deal doneSo they contact me and say I have to bring the car back I asked about my refund told me I couldnt get a full refund so they decided to repo my vehicle and I have my refund for my down payment which was exactly *****

  On May 30, 2022, ***************************** purchased a 2012 Kia ****** pending credit approval. He applied for financing and was approved by ********************** with the following stipulation. 

  1) Current verifiable proof of income and paystub.

  ******************** presented our finance office with a paystub and he took possession of the car . The paystub was forwarded to **********************. When **********************. tried to verify the paystub with his alleged employer it was discovered it was not real and that in fact it was a fraud paystub and he was not an employee working there legally on the books. Immediately the bank rejected the loan because they considered it bank fraud and a breach of contract with ********************. At that time ******************** had not returned as promised with the full down payment. We requested he return the car immediately and that he would be granted a full refund. He refused to do so or return our calls or communicate properly with us so we had no choice but to hire a repossession company to recover our car.  Unfortunately, because ******************** refused to return the car in a timely manner as requested, we incurred repossession charges of $725  and a $585 reconditioning fee which is in excess of the deposit he gave us. We value our customers and would still like to help ******************** purchase a car in the future and will be happy to give Nassire ******** full credit for his deposit toward another car in our inventory. If he would like he can pay in full for the car and or have ********************** reconsider his loan application when he has a verifiable job with a real and current paystub.
