            This business is an auto body shop. Said my car would be done in 2, maybe 3 weeks most. Does not answer phone to customer or to insurance. Delayed car repair and blames it on insurance, though it was his fault insurance company could not authorize payment as he never responds to phone calls. These delays have cost me a fortune in rental car costs. The lack of basic communication or detail as to WHY the repair is delayed is outrageous. This guy should not be in business if he cant handle it. I will be required to pay this guy the 500 deductible, I think he should eat at least some of that cost due to the poor customer service.

            Had a sad "uh-oh" with my classic **** Mustang. The upper corner of the driver's door got crunched hitting a pole. I knew the car had originally been painted by another Maaco, so I brought my car to the ********** branch. They were able to perfectly match the color (a color that was only available in 1967-68). The body work they did was perfect, and you would never know there was a crunch there. The staff was professional, friendly, and caring; and the cost was much more reasonable than another quote I received. I would not hesitate to return to this Maaco for any future work needed.
