Greetings ***************************** This is ******************* ********************** In early September 2021 after looking and meeting with several contractors I decided to go with **************************** even after several neighbors told about their bad experience in time and quality of work,I mention this to *********************** and he assure me this wont be the case with me if we agree and sign a contract i also told him i needed the job to be finish by December 1st 2021 because I was traveling out of the USA in the porch of my home in front of my wife I gave **** $500.00 dollars and told him again the importance of termination of total Job including but not limited to Siding!!the last week of November he told me he wanted to start Siding in early December I told NO because this was not our arrangement and because of past problems 1.inexperience workers 2.damage to heating pipe 3.painting not done properly 4.painting of radiators painted with non-heat resistant paint and damaging them 5.flooring not done right and as of today 4 different workers have try to repair it and still not done right 6.worker put yellow silicon on bathroom that has taken 3 different worker to repair 7.all my blinds where damage because of workers failure to cover them properly 8.windows where painted and now they cant open 9.**** building department shut job down the very first day because permits where not file 10 Roofers where seeing not as per OSHA not wearing proper harness 11. electrical work was done by non licensed workers I have asked **** several times in writing for documentation with no luck...12, roofers took all shingles and 3 plywood's that I paid for i have also requested the name of the roofers as they are not OTS personnel 13 OTS has violate several state and county laws and I'm concerned with this whole prosses or lack of ************************************************************************************************************* more guys with no prior construction experience cameBusiness response
