ENRG Vanlines extracted $8000 for a move with criminal techniques like stopping in the middle of the move to negotiate more money. Their crew stole mountain bike from my garage, simply rode it away. They did not deliver part of my furniture. Very unprofessional and fraudulent business. You will not get through the email, address or phone number advertised in their listing. They lured me in a cunning but convincing way to do business with them,I have well documented case being prepared with the lawyers in small claims court. I am open to and accepting any other customers who have complaints to consolidate the case, no cost to you.Initial Complaint

************** moved my stuff on July 17, 2022 for the price quoted at $2,509.02. First payment of $609.02 was made 7/15/22 pick up was on 7/17/22 with a payment of $696.00.With a total of ***** left of ************ month of free storage ending on 8/17/22 quoted by a employee at $120.00/m then on. The company owner then reached out to me on the date of 9/06/22 asking for storage payments close to $400 and I simply expressed thats not the quote I got from his partner ****** and hes not willing to honor his employees quote on my stored goods and was hospitalized for my back due to a prior surgery he said he would give another month off but never changed the storage rate and is now requesting that I pay a total of $1,968 before he will finish the job and deliver my personal goods, military equipment, clothing, uniforms and documents. I cant afford his astronomical changes hes trying to make to my move and I need your guys help to resolve the issue and successfully have my goods returned to me.Initial Complaint

I know the owner of company *********************** he tell all of his foremen to raise price on customers that's extortion and illegal he tell them the job is one thing than turn around when foremen get there tell them to raise the price on customer even if the customer don't have more items noone should move with this company on top of that he owes me **** for a job that I been on for a week that he never paid me forInitial Complaint

I hired My Best Movers to move my possessions from ******************, ** to *****************, **. They subcontracted put to ENRG Vanlines. In the move they lost my mattress, kitchen supplies, wheelchair as well as damaged my lamp and broke some dishes. At the beginning when I called they kept saying they were sending it down to ******* but it never came. Eventually they stopped answering my call or would hang up on me. I had to purchase a new mattress and kitchen pans, silverware and many other things. Worse experience ever.Initial Complaint

This company are scammers i was looking for a moving company on line ...they reached out to me gave me one price of **** then told me they were leaving out of baltimore which took 3 days on october ***************************************************************************** they couldn't fit all my stuff on it so we had flight booked to florida so they never called us back.i had to keep calling and calling them wondering if they were coming we had to be out house by october 31 and they new that so they got another truck which they charged me another 2800..promised me a delivery i have on contract for November 1st they havent deliver my furniture we have lil children spending more money in a hotel .we have been calling and calling this company no call backs we have been reaching out everyday no answer no call backs we are paying for a house that we cant even live in ...our whole house is packed up on this truck.we are now concerned when we are getting our stuff ..they just sold us a bunch of lies to get our money now we are stuck in a hotel spending more money ....noone has even got back with us about there workers damaging our wall that we have to pay for ..i cant work and we cant enroll kids in school this company are big scammers and should be put out of businessInitial Complaint

The company formerly known as ************** of ************ (DOT# *******), the one who stole my good jewelry while waiting for another van going to **, has changed its name to ************** (DOT # *******). This chameleon *** has the same warehouse manager, *********************, whose number is still listed under A and M on the ***** website. He can be reached at **************. Ask for ************** and you'll get a call back from ENRG. They will insist they aren't the same company, but the owner of ENRG is one and the same as the man who owned A and M., **************, who lives at ********************************. Please connect these companies so people will know.
