I think that this legal team is great, It took some time for them to get me to the debt free stage but they did it. I am greatful to them, it also took me some time to get deep in debt, so I say YEAH to them, it's been a journey and now it's ended in awesome fashion. I'M DEBT FREE!!!

I began an agreement with Crimson over two years ago, with 9 creditors to pay. 2, the most aggressive ones I decided to withdraw and paid OOP! At the end of this month, I will have all but one paid off. Leaving the last creditor to settle with and pay.The program is one you truly need to be committed to! I suggest that anyone who does use a debt relief program to *READ ALL the paperwork before committing.*Take time to discuss, ask questions, what if this, what about that. Should I do this? Before committing.I reviewed the company, I read the reviews and my conclusion is the ones who complained DID NOT do any of the above. It is a commitment I have one creditor left and a plan for addressing them. So I give 4 stars to Crimson Legal, for ***********************, **************, ************** and ****************** They all communicated with me on a regular basis gave me comfort that what I was doing would pay off. Oh, I'm not an easy person to convince that giving up my money is a good thing. Thank You!

0 stars, as many other complaints have said, 60% of the payments I made it seems have gone to their service (pockets) and the rest goes to the debt as I have made many payments over the course of 15 months and at this point Im out of funds barely able to live on my funds alone with me and my wife working trying to raise kids. The only benefit I see with their service is that the creditors no longer contact me. They were no way clear with how much I owed as far as they have informed me the next bill. As far as repsentitive I will commend their respond time to be but as for actually contacting their resentitive they didnt quite understand their own service, most of time I can tell they were reflect which has been very frustrating, an example would be I would ask where the payments are going they would need to ask their head as they didnt have that information or they would deflect on to something.

To Crimson Servicing Leadership and management,I am extremely impressed with *********************** and my negotiator for helping me achieve my financial goals in settling my debt for 30%-50% of the original balance. I started my program in February of 2021, and Crimson Servicing is very unique compared to other law firms that handle debt resolution. Besides their name they have the skills and talent to negotiate the best settlement offers and get the job done effectively! My decision to work with Crimson Servicing was the best hedge against inflation and a much wiser choice compared to filing bankruptcy. If you are on the fence about making the commitment to work with Crimson Servicing be advised that your financial situation WILL NOT improve until you choose to do something about it. The choice is simply yours to make!!Thanks ******* and *** for aggressively settling all my debt during these uncertain times!

With all my debts that total too $10,200 I have been paying $299.70 a month for 28 months with 1 payment left on this contract.Crimson servicing contacts me and wants to extend my contract first 6 months 9 months to ********************************************************************** the beginning when my debts was added up the two accounts where added into the amount of total debts. Now they say there won't be enough money to pay those two debts so I need to extend my contract with them. my thing is where's my money that should have been going towards those two debts or put in reserve for those two debts in the last 28 months. I spoke to them and they try to say several different things but could not actually answer my questions. From the looks of the paperwork that I had them send me their figures do not match for an example they've been taking $2.99.70 out of my checking account but the paperwork says they would draft $284 out of my account. Their paperwork shows in black and white they have settled three accounts but they sent me email recently with letters on four accounts of settlement but when I talk to them on the phone they said they settled six accounts I asked for update information to be emailed to me and they said that's what they sent me. Also they told me to stop making payments so I did. With all the late fees and penalties from not making my payments looks to me as though the only thing they negotiated was the late fees. They say I save 40% but I can see 35% of that was on late fees. They're supposed to help you save your credit but when they tell you not to pay your bills that's not helping to save your credit. When a representative came to my home he misled me about my late fees being stopped. And actually on the phone I was told that everyone of my creditors would be easy to deal with they dealt with them everyday. I believe that this is a scam I fell for it but I'm not signing another contract. Might need to hire an attorney to handle this

Only pay on one account. Never resolve my other account. I was to be finished this August 2022. Now I am paying a lawyers firm for another year. In the very beginning the representative had me to stop payments on my ** accounts and found out a month later that the ** was to repossess my automobile if payments were not caught up, which affected my credit showing two months late. Very disappointed in thinking I would be free in a free days, but left with a **** of almost $3,000 owed.Worst mistake Ive ever made dealing with this misleading company, Crimson Servicing.

Dear ********, we understand your concerns and we have tried contacting you following this complaint but you have remained unresponsive. Please feel free to contact our customer service department so we can review your account in detail and answer all your inquiries. To address the creditor that was removed early in your program, Nova UA ********************* this was done for your protection. Unfortunately, you did not disclose to our representatives that this loan was secured by your vehicle. It is procedure to ask our clients if the debts enrolled are secured or have any collateral attached. If you would have made us aware at time of enrollment, we would have removed it since we only service unsecured debts. By the time you advised us that your car was in jeopardy of being repossessed in September 2019 after 2-missed payments, we immediately removed the debt from the program and encouraged you to continue paying on the loan to prevent that from happening. This was a result of miscommunication. We rely on clients to disclose certain information about their debts, which in this case, we were unaware. Moreover, we serviced 2 accounts in your program: Lending Point and Discover with an estimated total debt of approximately $11,000.00. We settled you Lending Point account at 45% which saved you on principal alone $3,500.00. You are debt-free with this creditor. More recently, we reached an agreeable settlement with **************** Attorneys at Law who are handling your Discover account under litigation status. Due to the nature of the debt, the offer was higher than what we quoted you. The opposing counsel accepted an offer of 75%. The balance of this debt was $4,593.17 and the amount settled for was $3,444.87. We are making the first 2 payments on this settlement to the creditor from your escrow ($287.08 that cleared on 7/29/22 and $287.08 due on 8/29/22). You agreed to make the remaining ***************************************** the amount of $287.07 per month. When the offer was presented to you by your account manager, you could have declined it but instead, you accepted it. Your final program payment to Crimson cleared on 8/1/22 in the amount of $239.39 (this was a reduced amount). Moving forward, you have no financial obligation to us. We will complete your program once your 2nd settlement payment is sent and clears with ****************. We understand it can be frustrating having to pay the creditor in addition to what you were quoted, but our program is based on settlements at 42% which is a good-faith estimate and based on industry average. We cannot obligate the creditors to accept a lower offer despite our efforts to do so. Through the lifetime of your program, we provided you with legal representation and we reached settlements on both of your accounts. This resulted in you saving money in principal debt and more importantly, in interest.

Dear ****************, we have reached an agreeable payment resolution with your largest creditor ************* We have you in an active term settlement that is scheduled to conclude in March 2023. The firm is submitting payments to satisfy this debt. We have saved you over $7,000.00 on this debt alone. Further, your dedicated negotiator is working to settle your remaining account with Citibank. You are enrolled for a 32-month program and have up-to-date submitted 20 total payments in the past 24-months. We are diligently working to eliminate your unsecured debts and we have made several past accommodations in your favor. Your account will be placed on hold as we attempt to communicate with you.

After 2 years with them and paying $357 a month they have only been paying 1 credit card at $75 per month and nothing at all to my other creditors. What are they doing with my money?? Not paying, that is for sure. I am trying to figure out how to cancel.

We are sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with the progress of your program and we wish you would have brought these concerns to your dedicated customer service representative during your weekly check-in calls. ******* has been in contact with you, providing updates on your account and could have addressed your inquiries. As an overview, you signed up for our program in June 2020 and made a 1st payment on July 15th, 2020. You are now coming up on two years of enrollment. Up-to-date we have settled 2 out of 5 accounts. You have an active settlement with ***** Fargo and we are submitting monthly payments in the amount of $275.00 as this time to satisfy this debt. A large amount of your monthly payment is either allocated to your creditor in an active settlement or set aside for the repayment of your debts. Please remember you are in a 52-month program and in that time frame we will reach agreeable settlements with your remaining creditors and you will become debt-free. We can expedite this process and provide faster results, but that is contingent to the availability of funds. We will continue to service your account as you directed us to do so and hopefully answer any concerns you may have.

Just FYI, if a debt settlement company cold calls you via a call center located in western Asia, that should be the first clue you do not want to do business with them.I told the Crimson "customer service agent" that I already had a debt consolidation loan and that I was wanting to refinance that loan at a better interest rate. in the first call I had with a native english speaker, I was told that Crimson could do that. Lie #1.After speaking with around 4 different "agents" that beat around the **** about them providing debt consolidation loans, I told them I wasn't interested. That's when the lies really started flowing my way. I was told I would save several different amounts of money depending upon the individual I was speaking with. The numbers I were told varied from $4400 to $11000. All I had to do was allow them to do a $440 a month draft on my checking account for the next 40 months. They increased the pressure for me to accept that deal via many emails and calls. I sent them an email to tell them that I was 100% sure I did not want to do business with them. The reply to that email was an insult to my intelligence. They begged me to talk to them just one more time, and if after that, and I still didn't want to sign on, I would never hear from them again. Please take my advice, these people are not legit debt negotiators and will say whatever they think needs to be said to con you to allow them to do a monthly draw from your banking account.Do not do business with Crimson. Do your research and you will find a legitimate debt negotiator without any trouble at all. Do not accept a cold call from anyone offering these services.

Terrible outcome. I signed up with them and after all fees were paid they got settlement for a small account that saved me like $300.00 after 2 years of $354.00 monthly payments. My big account they could not get a settlement. After I left program I called that company to get my own settlement and they told they never spoke to anyone from Crimson!!!BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
