i was in hoboken a short time from ******* they sold me to *********** with no msg no email no consent. now wtf. . got this msg to At any time during the continuance of this contract , the Club shall have the right to sell, assign, transfer, and set over this contract with all its right, title, and interest therein, to any person, firm, or corporation, or other business entity, without Your consent, and the assignee thereof shall acquire all the rights granted to the Club and shall be subject to any obligation that the Club may have under this contract.i had flex plan ***** no contact no obligation so how was i sold to *********** = we should be able what gym we pick not some ******** sending us were they want with out our consent = 3 world countryReview from Brett T

Fraudulent, criminal, and proud of it.They shredded/deleted my notice of cancellation. An employee, high on marijauna claimed itd be settled, but they lied.Never sign up for RETRO FITNESS or any of its parent/subsidiary companies **** FITNESS SOLUTIONS).Review from GM G

I am disgusted how the Hoboken location handles things. I haven't used this site for a few years now and I tried to cancel but they have been charging me on my card, that was closed due to fraudulent charges. Instead of calling me to let me know the card needed to be updated, I was getting hit with late charges and since the owner of this location is so strict of payments, they wouldn't just clear it out. They have been making money when I haven't used the site. I had to make the late payment just to cancel and instead of taking my payment and canceling, I had to call back just to make sure this is done even though I sent a cancellation letter twice to just close this membership out. This was such a bad experience to close a membership and money has been taken out of my account for the past few years even though I haven't touched that gym. I would never recommend to sign up at this location to anyone.
