$3040.00 given to *** 6/1/2024 did about 2 hours of work. Asked him to refund ******* and just move on due to his inability to come and work. He said he would return the money and then he said no he would finish the job. He texted me a ton of excuses why he wasn't coming but always said he was coming on another day. This is money I work hard for I told him I was going to charge him with elder abuse as I am 73 years old he if didn't give me back the money or finish the job. He said he didn't need anymore trouble. I have not heard from him for a month. This money was for work I really needed completed. I have a copy of the check he cashed.Initial Complaint

Payments were made: 02/12/24 and 02/25/24 Services Install Luan Plywood in new shed approximately 240 square feet Install Luan Plywood in upstairs of home approximately 400 square feet KMB Home improvement will supply all material, and labor is included in price Start date will be week-of March 4th 2024 Total paid=$1,900.00 Services were paid in full, work has not been done and money has not been returned.
