Horrible. Made an appointment online for a Quest location across the street from my house. Went to the appointment today and the location no longer exists, yet it is still on the website and they are still taking appointments for this location. No one was able to tell me where the location moved to. I did a search on the website for other nearby locations - all of them were also no longer in operation but are still taking appointments on the website. Tried to call several customer ********************** numbers on the Quest website and all of them are "no longer in service". I spent the whole morning driving around trying to find one of these non-existent locations and, for the life of me, can't understand why a company would keep defunct locations on their website and allow people to make appointments at them, then disconnect all their customer ********************** numbers so no one can call to find out about actual open locations. The one other time I had bloodwork done there, it seemed like a scam with charges for every little thing and more and more charges coming in after I paid for the bloodwork in full. Nothing about this place seems right or legit and I would rather pay more for labs at my doctor's ****** and know I am getting quality work and service than deal with a dodgy company like this. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, for any reason.

Do not use. Send you to collections after they claim to send the bill to ******** and never do.

Can never get thru telephony queue but they leave me a message to call (probably to get me out of their work queue and meet silly service levels. got on hold 5 times and held 15 minutes each for someone to come on lone Finally message said circumstances beyond out control ***** can take callThe process, workflow and system and CRM model is BAD heard they also breached and broker or share folks private data.dont trust

The nurse probably had her hands tied. But when my life is in danger, she really should have tried to locate my medical. Because I brought back stool samples to be analyzed, brought back the sample containers that they had given me not 6 days before, & she denied me to leave them even though my medical was active. Their computer must have had a glitch. Now that I have to bring back containers after the weekend, 4 days later, time is of the essence when your battling cancer. I hope it comes up negative.

HORRIBLE!!! Policies of the company dont work for patients or enable health practitioners to assist. Policies and guidelines are NOT posted and the website does not help to guide patients on necessary items for services. Its like walking in the dark when you patron this service!!!

No real service, til you manage to get a human. Which is next to impossible hidden behind apps and password checks. Lost and incomplete data, delays in results, causing wasted Dr. **************** they lie by omission. I was told my results were complete and faxed, arrival at Dr. *********** found nothing delivered but 2 of 8 pages, which were covers.Horrible, indicative of why everyone is wrecked by health care. The time real Drs waste dealing with this automated scam company no doubt aids in drastic complications for patients and mis-diagnoses because of incomplete data.They should be closed and replaced with a company that cares for people.Shameful. - Find any other lab for you tests...

There is no excuse for the complete lack of customer ********************** that this company provides. They are responsible for medical testing, something that we SHOULD consider to be incredibly important and sensitive. As such, if clients (patients/customers) have ************************** OF ANY KIND they should be able to quickly and efficiently have those questions answered. At this point, most of us who have dealt with Quest would accept any direct customer **********************, even if it wasn't speedy. Instead, we are subjected to intentionally difficult routes to get questions/concerns answered/addressed - with little confidence that they'll be done so in a satisfactory way.Anyone who has the capability to decide for themselves or their patients would do well to avoid working with this company altogether.

The branch I visited was in ************. The service was beyond terrible. The company doesn't have a human to talk to by phone or upon arrival to office. Save yourself a lot of frustration and use another company.

Too many errors which leads to a delay in receiving medical care based on lab results.No body at the draw sites will speak with you to answer questions.

I have worked for this company and been a patient. I can honestly say they have an awful work environment. So many times the phlebotomist are over worked running a site meant for at least two workers. The patients have to wait way too long while the techs do their best to keep up. I have also seen and experienced skipping lunch because the work is just too much for one person. The workers still get their lunch times taken out of their checks. Also some staff clock out and continue to work through their break. There needs to be some way to change this.
