I ordered a bag on 7/1/2023. I understand that it was a holiday weekend but was not worried about it. I got shipping information sent to my email on 7/5/2023 that they had created a label. That was the last thing I heard. I checked the ***** website multiple times and it just said that the shipping label had been created but the item had not been sent to *****. I finally emailed them 7/11/2023, and got a response the next day saying that they were just so busy and that ***** is just so busy. That was obviously not true, they dropped the ball and didn't want to admit it. I called them 2 times and still the same excuse. Called them back 7/13/2023 and was laughed at by the lady I spoke to. I asked to cancel my order and she continued to laugh and interrupt me.Business response

Im so sorry about that. Weve been having an issue with Fed Ex with an entire truck of product not tracking (910 boxes!!). Weve been working with them closely to determine what happened; however, we already duplicated the order and shipped it out to you. Should you wind up receiving 2 orders, please let us know so we can send you a return order for the other package.
New tracking is, Fed Ex: 781240162687I just tracked it and it's arriving Thursday.
As for the customer service call, I can assure you this was no laughing matter for us. Our priority was making sure that these 910 customers received their packages. As a one-time courtesy, I went ahead and credited your shipping.

Hi!
I am so sorry but we do not sell dolls. We sell Bogg Bag beach bags and accessories. We have learned that a scam website is putting our contact information, but that is not us. We are www.boggbag.com and have been for 10+ years. I recommend immediately canceling the charge with your credit card company or bank. We are so sorry that happened to you.

I attempted to purchase merchandise from this website on Friday, June 24 and the credit card system repeatedly declined to authorized three of my cards. Two days later I would find fraudulent charges on all three of the cards - either their card processor or someone who works for them had stolen the numbers. This was the only website where I entered three cards since they were declined. Likewise, when the decline initially happened I emailed the address on their website: '[email protected]' and this email was bounced bag as an invalid address. It is likely that others have also been compromised. So their credit card system is not secure and their support email does not work. Bad bad bad business practices. Fortunately my credit cards reversed the charges and I've now changed my cards. However, I will not be purchasing ever again from their shoddy website. Fix your systems.Business response

So sorry that happened to you, but that was not on our site, ***************. You were on ************** which we have learned is a SCAM site. Our attorneys are working on taking them down as we speak. Our website has been active for 10+ years with no issues and our only email is ***************. Sorry again!Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:The fraudulent website has purchase a sponsored Google link that looks identical to the original brand. When you search for 'Bogg Bag', it is either the first or second link that appears, before the official site. Others will continue to be defrauded until this link is removed. I am not seeking compensation/credit from the business as I was able to stop the credit card fraud, but they need to resolve this with Google before others are defrauded. I have attached a screenshot of what Google shows when you search 'Bogg Bag'

11/28/2022 Order # ******** Looking for a refund of $25.99 for the shipping fee. Bogg Bag posted on their social media pages, a buy one get one free on their bags along with a free shipping code. (See attached picture) I reached out to them re: the shipping charge I incurred looking for a refund since they advertised free shipping. The declined to honor what they had advertised and then later updated their posts with a “promotional edit” that it wouldn’t be free shipping.Business response
