    Transaction on April 21, 2023 Two pedicures totaling $100 Took my daughter for a pedicure for her 42nd birthday. I had previously purchased a $100 gift card at this salon as a gift for my daughter. . I asked the owner how long the gift certificate was good for and he said as long as it is Mint **************************** there is no expiration. The name, address and phone number are all the same. Nothing has changed and my text was still in her system as she lied about that!. We went to pay (each pedicure was $50). I paid $50 in cash, tipped both workers $12 each. Now my daughter goes to pay for her $50 pedicure and takes out her $100 gift card. We also had the original receipt of payment. The receptionist gets the owner who turns from sweet to crazy in under 10 seconds. I just purchased this salon from my ex husband!!!! You cannot use this card!!! You are trying to steal from me and you want free pedicures and you are horrible people. She ranted and raved and when I said that I already paid cash for my pedicure she told me that I didnt pay for it. The receptionist informed her that I paid cash. She continued to harass us as customers were mortified by her behavior telling her that they were not coming back! She continued her rant and then accused my daughter of having used the gift card previously. My daughter explained that between her job, two young children and COVID she hadnt even thought about a pedicure since I gave it to her. I was a client but not my daughter. We were about to call the police but we really didnt want such a confrontation on my daughters birthday. We left when she told us to get out and never return because we are stealing from her. We left without paying for my daughters pedicure as the gift certificate was worth $100. If she wants to accrue a new clientele this is not the way to go about it. Not only do I want my $50 balance refunded to me but would like the full $100 for her harassing words. What a disgusting human being!!
