To Whom It May ******** Good Day my name is ********************************* I am writing to complain about Massage Envy in **********,**. To begin in February 2020 yes over 2 years ago I went to get a massage envy for self care at that time I apparently did a year membership. 1 year would be February 2021. Well in March 2020 covid happened and the business I believe would have closed. During covid I forgot that I had a membership never received anything about the business regarding closure or when they will open. May 10,2022. I got an email from my Fsa card which is used for medical purposes that a transaction was declined. When I looked at the transaction it was from Massage Envy, Shrewsbury. I was baffled that they had my card to charge, I emailed my fsa representative and asked for a transaction history and noticed that Massage Envy, Shrewsbury has been taking transactions out of my account for $75.a month sinse March 2020- April 2022= almost *****. So for 25 months this business has continually charged me even after my "contract". I called that same day 5/10/22 and spoke to the general manager "******* " I stated my concern she did not seem to understand how fraudulent, poor customer service and negligent with charging transactions thereafter the contract date and also during a global pandemic. Later that evening the store manager "***" called back and assured me he will reach out within a week after he reseached everything. On May 13th I called to check the status and spoke with Assistant manager "*****"( only helpful person)who was unaware of all that was going on but would reach out to me update me, she shared she will suspend my account so no other transactions will go through, she also called me back and left a voicemail regarding the store manager will reach out to me soon. On 5/20ten days after my initial phone call with no resolution. This company needs to be reported and needs to be held accountable for their poor customer service and mismanagement customer fees
