They have terrible customer service. They have a deceptive exchange or return policy. If you get a product for a 20% or more discount then you cannot return it, exchange it, or get a refund. It is called a Final Sale. Well, guess what! They have a lot of sales to the point that I wonder if anyone orders without getting a discount of 20% or more. I ordered a women's jacket as a gift for someone in the size Medium and she wanted to exchange it for a Large. Noize will not allow it.
