As a frequent visitor to this establishment, familiar with the staff and often accompanied by friends and family, I was deeply disappointed by the recent lack of professionalism I encountered. After settling the bill, server *** approached my table and engaged in an argument regarding the tip I had left. Despite her subpar service, she seemed to expect a generous tip as if she had provided excellent service.Contrary to her expectations, her service was far from exemplary. All she did was deliver 2 soft drinks and 4 alcoholic drinks to our table; she didn't even bring the food. In the past, I have been known to tip generously, ranging from 30% to 100% of the bill, for servers who have done an outstanding job. Having worked in the service industry myself, I have a clear understanding of what warrants an "amazing tip," and her service did not meet that criteria.The treatment I received from *** was not only disappointing but also unprofessional. Berating patrons over their tipping preferences and attempting to intimidate them into giving more money is unacceptable. I hope to hear from someone, preferably ***** and the management team, to address this matter as it reflects poorly on the establishment. This type of behavior needs to be addressed and rectified for the sake of the restaurant's reputation and customer satisfaction.Furthermore, to exacerbate the situation, the business has taken no action to address my concerns. Their automated responses only amplify the frustration, as it was revealed by a staff member that the owner uses copy and paste responses, showing a lack of genuine concern for their customers' experiences. This disregard for feedback and genuine communication is disheartening and reflects poorly on the establishment's commitment to customer satisfaction. I urge the management to take this matter seriously and make necessary improvements to ensure that patrons are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve.
